Hotelul este situat in zona veche a statiunii, la poala padurii, intr-o zona linistita. Personalul este foarte amabil, gata oricand sa ofere informatii si sprijin. Restaurantul asigura o atmosfera relaxanta, cu un meniu variat. Hotelul dispune de doua piscine interioare, sauna si jacuzzi. Camerele sunt foarte mari si curate.
Drumurile in statiune lasa de dorit dar sunt in curs de reabilitare. Din pacate Baile Imperiale sunt intr-o stare avansata de degradare.

The property is located very close to the main tourist attractions and there is car park in front of the hotel.
For breakfast they can accommodate vegetarian option if requested.
Staff is friendly, but one one person spoke English.
The spa area is very crowded, the end of the day is the best time.
The hotel corridors have cigarette smell.
