Proprietarul este foarte ok.
Pensiunea necesită renovare. Am fost cazați la etajul 3 deși eram după noi cu un copil de 4 ani iar în pensiune mai erau locuri disponibile și la etajele inferioare. Camera avea tavanul cu multe infiltratii, rupt pe alocuri. La baie, doar un săpun lichid îndoit cu apă, prosoape spălate dar uzate, mochetă veche.
