Sunseeker, sun seeker, is an elegant apartment located in the center of Desenzano del Garda. It enjoys a privileged position being 200 meters from the historic center and the lake promenade. Near the main beach, in an area full of shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment is very spacious, bright and recently renovated. All rooms overlook the 80 sqm terrace equipped for lunch / dinner and to relax comfortably in the sun. Sunseeker has a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a lounge (with a sofa bed on request). In the kitchen you will find all the utensils for cooking, dishwasher, kettle, a large fridge with freezer, toaster, a small oven and a coffee machine. In addition to oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. The room is equipped with a stereo with a bluetooth connection to listen to music directly from your phone, i-pad or computer and a plasma TV with DVD. You will also have a dedicated wireless line. In the two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bathtub you will find a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, cap and soap. The rooms are cozy and bright, equipped with wardrobes and hangers. Inside the apartment you will find two books: one with useful and emergency numbers, the other with indications of our personal conception about restaurants, lounge bars, cafes, discos and places of cultural and non-cultural interest. Sunseeker was designed and built by the owners Marvin and Marta. Born from the passion for art, design, joy and attention to detail. All this makes this house unique in its kind. the apartment has an elevator, video intercom and a parking space in the courtyard of the property.
