About this apartment rental
3-bedroom appartment in a beautiful and secured residence, 900 meters away from the beach. Located next to the train station "El Pinillo", which connects directly to Malaga airport (12 minutes) or to Malaga city center (25 minutes). Residence includes big pool (generally open from june to October), kid pool, small playground and underground parking (please specify when booking). All areas accessible via ramps and elevators.
Fully renovated appartment ideal for 4-5 people and one baby.
Apartment fully equipped with Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer. Specific equipment for families includes baby chair, cot (baby bed) and changing table.
All towels are included in the booking price: bathroom towels (small and big) and beach towels. 4 beach chairs and 1 large umbrella are available.
Bed linens are also included. Extra trowovers are available if needed.
The residence and the appartment is completely accessible with pushchairs or wheelchairs

The property provides everything we needed for a short stop over before travelling further down the coast. Mercadona across the street for all your needs, close to train station, lovely residential pool and close to waterpark for the kids

Cannot really fault the property from my grandchildren to myself excellent. Supermarket outside your front door excellent range of food products train station literally 20 m away.

Nice and clean flat, great location, a couple of large supermarkets close by for all necessities. Train station, El Pinillo, just round the corner. Did not use it this time round but swimming pool looked very inviting. We joined friends who live in Torremolinos (only 4 minutes by train). Lots of places eat and drink by the beach, more places to discover. Weather was much hotter than anticipated but air conditioning saved the day (not used to 40c + temperatures). We checked in with lovely Wendy (thank you) who shared her local knowledge. Can recommend this place and will likely return…
