TOTALLY waste of money!

Location 😍

There wasn’t much to like about this apartment, except for the location. The service was hopeless, and cleanliness seemed to be of little concern. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work, and even though we asked every single day to have it fixed, nothing was ever done. They just came up with new excuses each time. The lights in the apartment didn’t work properly either, and the terrace door was broken. They didn’t bother to repair that either, so we had to take all our valuables with us every time we left the apartment, as it couldn’t be locked properly. The neighbouring one-bedroom apartment was rented out to a family of six who were running in and out at all hours of the day and night. Their children kicked a football against our door every single day, and nobody seemed to care or do anything about it. This is definitely not a place we recommend — stay far away!

Really bad experience.

Location

Extremely poor customer service. The fan in the bedroom did not work. Even though the landlord was notified and given the opportunity to fix it for 10 days, they didn't care. Insects in absolutely the entire apartment. It is not recommended at all to rent such an apartment. It is a total waste of money. It is better to rent a 1 star apartment or hotel room than to pay for something like this.

Location was Very. Good. And apartment very good, everything needed was here.

The first impression we saw was the The dirty / water marked sofa wasn't very good and needed cleaning. I had to put a towel on it to. Sit on it. Bed not very comfortable and a dirty cushion that needed washing too.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable cant say we got 1 good nights sleep .we only had 1 pair of sheets 1 set of towels when we washed them we weren't allowed to put them out side had to have clothes horse in side all the time it is small enough as it is . Only a small used scrubber for washing dishes not even a cloth to wash counters down . The food press was so high if my husband wasn't with me I'd have to stand on a chair & if anyone has to do that & they fall the owner is in trouble they need to look at getting a small step . But worst was when I put sofa bed up the dirt that came out so I looked underneath it was filty couldn't belive it . I would have cleaned it but it's not my job so the owner needs to check it , I'd say its still like that . It's a lovely studio but not worth that money . We were walking around for at least 20 min couldn't find it ,the cleaner had to come up & bring us . Im Not been mean & don't want to get cleaners in trouble, but if he doesn't fix these problems he will always have them . He should look into getting a better sofa bed that & cleaning would be my high priority.

Terrible

Apartment was clean

It was in a local area , it was very noisy as we were on basement floor noise was all throughout night bed was very uncomfortable and so was bed soft , no widow just an entrance door . No terrace but garden area where locals meet to walk dogs so couldn’t even sit or bathe on there . Taxi or transfer took us to a different place as the name of apartment didn’t exist to them on arrival got dropped to apartment but it was a different address had to then get another taxi to address , directions to pick up keys were not great ! We ended up booking 3 nights somewhere else so we could get some sleep ! Definitely would not recommend.

Proximity to beach

Apartment not as described or from pictures. Only one window in entire apartment No kettle, no oven on arrival. Not comfortable for 2 people. Not suitable for long stay Please do not mistake these apartments for Carihuela Beach hotel...they are not near each other. Taxi drivers found it difficult to locate them. We would not stay here again.

Perfect location for beach, restaurants and bars. Bus stop very close by to take you to other main resorts and city of Malaga. Apartment very clean and had everything you needed.

Die Lage.

Schimmel (schwarzer Schimmel!)an der Wand gegenüber vom Bett. Lüften nachts nicht möglich, da Fenster und Türe nicht vergittert sind. Es gibt einen Bewegungsmelder, der wohl Alarm auslöst. Aber das ist uns nicht sicher genug. Zwei Klimaanlagen, eine direkt über dem Bett, die andere vorne im Wohnbereich. Im Bad gibt es auch Renovierungsbedarf bei den Wandfliesen. Kein Fenster im Bad, nur eine elektrische Lüftung. Man kann keinen Durchzug machen. Matratze war bequem, aber teilweise durchgelegen. Das Sofa ist an einigen Stellen ziemlich abgenutzt. Tisch auf der Terrasse ohne Tischplatte.

il numero civico della struttura introvabile una persona del luogo ha contattato la struttura e suo tramite ci ha indicato l'appartamento e numero di cassaforte per la chiave ho noleggiato n'auto alla RECORD GO con Booking . com si è fermata per strada prima di arrivare in struttura il soccorso dice che non mi è stato detto dei particolari per la messa in moto superato il problema noto un pneumatico sgonfio rifaccio la pressione e finalmente ho goduto le mie vacanze

Una estancia muy agradable

Nos gustó la cercanía a la playa y las zonas ajardinadas, muy cómodas cuando llevas mascota. El apartamento era muy mono y suficiente para una pareja con un bebé y un perrito. El personal también era muy amable.

No nos gustó que nos cobraran un suplemento por la mascota y no pusieran ni un detalle para ella, ni un comedero y bebedero. Además, la limpieza dejaba que desear y así se lo comunicamos al personal.

Estudio descuidado

La ubicación del alojamiento estaba bien, a tan solo 2-3 minutos de la playa y la zona bastante tranquila. Con supermercado y farmacia muy cerca. La presión del agua de la ducha y del grifo eran buenas y el baño estaba bastante bien, en cuanto a limpieza y nuevo.

A la llegada, la llave no estaba en el cajetín y la anfitriona no nos cogía el teléfono para solucionarlo. Finalmente después de varios intentos nos contestó y nos dieron otro apartamento al lado. No hay cama, y el sofá cama de matrimonio estaba manchado de algo que parecía sangre, a demás lo habían intentado limpiar y estaba húmedo. Había una mesa pequeña rota o desmontada en el salón en un rincón y una escalera de aluminio en una de las paredes que lo único que hacía era molestar. Muy pocos enchufes, y me hubiera gustado que hubiera mas rollos de papel y más sábanas, ya que si teníamos que dormir en un sofá manchado y nos hubiera gustado que se pudiera haber cubierto mejor…
