Отношението на хазаина беше прекрасно, прие ми и ни настани веднага, обясни всичко за транспорт, забележителности, относно питейната вода. Якето ми се повреди, а температурата беше -21 градуса, той ми предостави яке, за да не замръзна и да не се разболея.
Местоположението в на перфектно място, има всички удобства - ютия, сешоар, фурна, котлони, кана за вода, машина за кафе, тостер и др.
Няма такова нещо.

I was thinking long what to write.
There were 3 positives for us:
1) price lower than average
2) parking spot underneath the building
3) nice, communicative and flexible owner. He let us know 1 day in advance that there will be constructions works on the building. Which did not help much because we could not predict the extent of discomfort it would result in. In the end we negotiated a discount (20% which is lower than I expected due to the conditions we had).
At any case had we known earlier, we would have stayed somewhere else (which was not reasonable after coming to accomodation at 9pm with everyone tired and hungry).
Neutral points:
Location - the center was walkable within 35 mins but the beach area was more of a disappointment: it was quite dirty - not only the water but also the are around with lots of trash including glass ( there is a party place for the young people in the evening). So non of us went swimming or stayed hanging around that area.
Small shop at the same appartment complex was nice but would not recommend younger kids (under 15) to walk there alone -met a strange group of drinking people.
Equipment - the appartment is well equipped (washing maschine, iron and stove) but has no air conditioning and the shower is tohether with toilet with no shower curtain.
The main point of disappointment was the ongoing reconstruction that left the appartment all dusty (especislly the small thin dust layer on all surfaces that cannot be vaccumed and should ve wiped off with a wet rug. We had 2 allergics with us that were sneezing all the time. To make it far worse, none of the windows could be opened!! And the only air outlet was through balcony (where it was actually forbidden to entry and the construction works were taking place there on weekdays)... no normal window with at least a small peak outside, so we literally felt like in a cage and tried to spend as little time in the appartment as possible. The prepared ventilators (simple table-top fan type of appliance) could not by far solve this problem, only they could whirl up the dust..
To top it all, the kitchen appliances (stove, microwave) need better cleaning as well as the shelves especially the upper ones. Not enough kitchen tools for a biger coocong (eg only 2 large knives,1 medium sized and 1 small pot, no ladle...). The cleaning lady should definately be re-instructed or exchanged.
Overall, if it was not for the reconstruction, I would have given 7.5.
With the reconstruction, it was the worst experience we have had while traveling during the last 4 years, so I would have given 3.5 point (for owner and price). Trying to be fair, I am giving the average 6.), but next time I would rather pay more for better conditions.
