Very convenient to walk to most locations and a very quiet location. Having a washer was a plus. Staff was nice. Good value. We enjoyed our stay.
The ceiling upstairs was lower than I thought. The bottom sheet came off while sleeping and difficult to put out back on. A better quality deep sheet would have been better. We only had 1 bath towel each and 1 hand towel. No bath mat. It was on the third floor and no elevator. Due to location next to the radiator, the freezer door was obstructed and unable to use it.

The location is really good. From the train station is 5 minutes by tram or 12 minutes walking. It’s locate close to a shopping center where you can find two super markets. Also, the apartment has some board games and it is fully furnished.

The location is especially wonderful; it’s in the best part of Helsinki, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The biggest advantage of the property is having someone available 24/7. Even though I didn't personally need any assistance, knowing that help was just a call away felt great. Everyone at the reception was welcoming, smiling, and polite—they truly go above and beyond to support you. Also, making and enjoying my delicious morning coffee in the apartment was such a pleasure.
The only negative part was the temperature. For someone who gets cold easily like me, 18°C is still radiator weather. But for Helsinki, it means summer is here! I was a bit chilly, although I can say I finally got used to it on my last day.

Good location & spacious. Staff were very friendly & helpful & great with directions to different places.
Upstairs bedroom was easy to hit your head getting up in the middle of the night. Downstairs sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
