VERY BAD

The pool is okay, but very Far from NICE

Very small, i do not understand how they are able let this structure to accept 4 people in this small room, no space to move, bathroom so small, in one room they put 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, all together! woodie house, you can hear all the little noises.. Very unhappy about this booking, and the owner it's very arrogant, she told us to do the check out at 10 am, instead at 11 as booking rules says.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Beware of 2 small but very loud dogs!

The location was accurately described. It is a short walk to bus stops to Vence or Nice. The aircon was efficient and very welcome. The bed was comfortable. There is a garden with a pool. But...I now know I should have read all the earlier reviews, particularly about the nuisance of 2 small dogs. :-(

I admit I was tired when I arrived but after a brief polite (in French) phone call I was declined the option to arrive early to leave my bag or wait in the garden. I also thought (my mistake) that there was a kettle in the room. Being a Brit I had brought a supply of tea bags and sugar so I asked to the use the kettle in the open plan kitchen. I was firmly refused. I was also greeted by 2 small but very loud dogs. During the evening I tried to watch a film in my room but it was impossible due to the hour long yapping of the dogs. I was then woken at 7.10 a.m by...yep...the dogs. At check out, Madam smiled and asked if I had a good night?! All whilst the dogs are poking into my bags! I lifted the bags. No reaction from Madam. To be clear I don't dislike dogs just owners who have no desire to put clients' comfort first.

Not worth the money

The property is close to Cagnes-sur-mer and Vence! It is located in the green. The pool area is very nice.

The host was very unfriendly from the beginning. Check-in was until 8, but we were stuck in traffic, so we said we arrive at 8:15 p.m. The woman (owner) was really unfriendly and said, if you come later than 8:15, it’s our Problem. While using the pool area, we moved a bank to sit in the sun, when she came and got really mad at that. She argued it „wouldn’t be camping“ at her chambres. Also, the room we booked seemed to be on the pictures like a room with a normal bathroom. In the end, it was one room, with a thick paper wall, separating the toilet and shower from the bed, still all in one small room. Furthermore the room goes up from the owners living room, which made us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, the owner does not any English, or anything else besides French. Thus, unfortunately communication was almost impossible for us.

Owners reaction on arrival. Not really welcoming plus we parked outside gated properties when really there was room to park inside. No working wifi as advertised. Owner asked for 4 euros for room tax on departure? We paid of course but I think a little unnecessary. Room could of been cleaner, beding not ironed.

Saremmo dovuti restare li per 8 notti e invece al mattino dopo il nostro arrivo siamo andati via. La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente. Purtroppo, le condizioni igieniche erano al di sotto di ogni standard accettabile, il che ha reso il soggiorno molto sgradevole. Oltre a ciò, abbiamo trovato l'atteggiamento della proprietaria molto poco professionale e per nulla ospitale. C'è stata una totale mancanza di disponibilità e cortesia, che ha contribuito a peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione. Non ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti e abbiamo percepito una scarsa attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Nonostante le nostre speranze, questa esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Non consigliamo questa struttura e speriamo che vengano presi provvedimenti per migliorare la gestione, l'igiene dell'ambiente e la funzionalità.

DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Esperienza pessima già dall’arrivo Dopo un viaggio di oltre 10 ore comunico con preavviso ed educazione tramite piattaforma alla proprietaria per eventi dovuti al traffico avrei impiegato 2 ore in più. All arrivo la proprietaria non si fa trovare dopo averla sollecitata si presenta e con modi poco gentili e professionali facendoci pesare il tutto Sei una professionista o no? Entrati in struttura troviamo i suoi due cani molto invadenti e rumorosi La stanza piccola ricavata da un ripostiglio dove a stento riescono a muoversi due persone il bagno separato dal letto da una parate di cartongesso dista 10 cm in caso di fuoriuscita di acqua ci sono le prese elettriche Non è presente un frigo dove riporre un po’ di acqua Alla richiesta di poggiare nel frigorifero della proprietaria si rifiuta PESSIMA ESPERIENZA DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE IL MIO CONSIGLIO È QUELLO DI EVITARE TALE POSTO ,le recensioni sono tutte negative e ci sarà un perché STATE LONTANO

Un'oasi di pace comoda a Vence e al Mare

Ottima posizione per scegliere se visitare l'entroterra o passare una giornata al mare. Molto vicino a Cagne e Antibes. Luogo familiare e molto curato, gestori simpatici e disponibili. Un'oasi di pace dove puoi tranquillamente fare un bagno in piscina o leggere un libro. Pulizia impeccabile e bagno meraviglioso. Sicuramente torneremo.

L'emplacement est top , très calme, le logement est très bien agencé et fonctionnel , les extérieurs sont très jolis et très bien entretenus. Très bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Marie-Christine est très disponible et serviable elle est pleine de pèche et est beaucoup dans l'échange avec ses hôtes.

La posizione nel verde in assoluto silenzio in una strada privata a fondo chiuso ma a 300 metri da una strada dí importante comunicazione. La zona esterna con piscina (io non ho fatto bagno) e lettini per il prendere sole e relax dove. La proprietà che si è dimostrata super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Letto comodo
