About this villa rental
This villa is located on one of the sporades islands namely Skopelos. Skopelos is located south of Volos. The villa is quietly located on a slope with a magnificent view of the sea. You reach the villa via a private road that stops at the villa. Behind the villa is a wooded area. The nearest beach is in Panormos. Panormos is a small coastal village with a beautiful sandy-pebble beach. At the beach are nice restaurants and cafes. Beautiful beaches nearby, Milia beach and Kastani beach. The town of Skopelos is about 8 km away.
Ground floor: A spacious living room with a fireplace built with local stones. In the living room there are two spacious seats, television and radio. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area with table and 4 chairs. From the kitchen you can enter a small storage room with a washing machine. A spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and two beds (1 m) with a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). Upper floor: Via the stairs you enter the large bedroom with double bed (1.60 m) with built-in closet and adjoining bathroom (bath, toilet and sink). Through this landing you reach a roof terrace.
From the living room you can go through the large window doors onto the beautifully covered terrace. The terrace has a table with four chairs. In addition to this terrace, a built-in barbecue is provided. From the terrace you have a view of the pool with behind it the beautiful view of the sea and the other nearby islands. At the pool there are four longchairs and a small covered patio. There is plenty of space to park the car behind the villa. You reach the villa via a private access road that may be closed by a gate. On entering you will see some buildings in the same style as our villa on your left and a similar villa a little further on your right. To get to our villa you have to follow the concrete track until you come to a stone paved road. Then you will see the villa in front of you after a hundred meters. Air conditioning units are available in the living room and the bedrooms. These ensure a constant temperature of 22 ° C and only work when all doors and windows are closed
