Overall our stay was good and met our expectations. We needed a crash pad to see the sites before heading to Paris. Close to St Paul’s, easy access to the underground and train to Heathrow.
Only issue we had was laundry. We pack light and planned to do a couple loads before departure. We did one and at the completion of the cycle the door didn’t open. We accomplished all the trouble shooting steps in the manual and reached out to the host immediately. Unfortunately we were unable to retrieve or clothes and had to buy more. Two days after we left I was notified we would be charged for breaking the washing machine door, over 100 pounds. I let them know that we didn’t do anything to break the door to no avail. They offered to ship our clothes at our expense back to the states.

We really enjoy our stay in London. The appartement was great, a little further from the activities but easily accessible by walking or by metro.
