St Paul's by Excel Apartments

Great location. Good space and well maintained.

No air conditioning and visited during 2026 heatwave ….. apartment very warm. Multiple fans supplied but just don’t cut it with summer heat we get these days!

The location was the best, close to almost everything, the facilities of the apartment and having everything you need and extra room feels good

Great location just less than 10 minutes walk to St Paul’s underground. Quiet area for central London. Check-in instructions easy to follow on the guest portal. Apartment was spacious enough for 2 people with good amenities.

A security deposit is required a few days before check-in. I was not aware of this additional payment until email confirmation was sent after full payment was made for the booking. The deposit is refundable but since checking out yesterday I have had no email to say when I will get this back. All communications from the property did not come via booking.com, it’s all via a “guest portal” with the Excel Apartments group with access sent via email. For checking out the instructions said to inform them of checkout so my security deposit can be processed but there is nowhere on the portal to do so (or if there is it’s not clear), I messaged via booking.com but had no response. All other instructions on the portal are very clear and useful, except the checkout process.
