1,000 square-feet, NON-smoking, CLEAN, AIR CONDITIONED and well maintained A-Frame Cottage with dormitory style sleeping quarters that sleeps 8. New Hide-a-bed sofa in Living room and new premium queen mattresses in sleeping quarters. Smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped, right down to the coffee maker. Outside is a gas grill and fire pit area with chairs. Ample parking for up to three vehicles with trailers in front yard.

The cottage sits on a quiet street within walking distance of go-carts, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, and more. Silver Lake Sand Dunes entrance (off road area) is just 1 mile away. An association pool and playground are included and just down the street.

It was a great place for my two sons and myself to get away on vacation for a few days.I liked that it wasn’t far from the dune entrance, it was quiet and walking distance to town.Also, Diana and her husband were really nice and I enjoyed talking with them.I would stay here again.

Such a cute place to stay, host is very kind offered food suggestions in the area. Had a very relaxing and quiet weekend. We definitely recommend staying here and we can't wait to visit again!!

This place was great! Very clean, description was exactly what it said it was. Located near everything including the Dunes. We had an amazing weekend and we will be back!
