Tithe Barn, Lyneham

Loved the size of the property and loved the layout of the property. Instructions for the TV were excellent on TV a good size for the room. We were two families of two people so shared two bedrooms each and had three showers between us so facilities were good. I would suit a party of six no problem and 8 at a push! It was a hot week and good fans had been provided which helped cool the rooms down so thoughts had gone into that!

Some of the dinner Service hadn’t been cleaned properly by the last party so all had to be put through the dishwasher the first evening just in case. Also because it’s a working farm there are people tending their horses behind the property and woken a couple of mornings early by children shouting and movement of noisy vehicles we didn’t help as we struggle to get to sleep in the evenings because of the hot weather so didn’t manage to get a lie in.

Barn in a great location and loads of room for us all. Fabulous downstairs area and property was well equipped. Nathan was a great host.

Dishwasher wasn’t working properly so we washed by hand but it didn’t hurt us to do so.

The ground floor open plan was perfect for a group of friends. Plenty of comfortable seating and a large dining table. The open plan including the kitchen made the area ideal for a a group of 8 to all be involved. The location to explore the beautiful area is difficult to beat. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding. The kitchen contained every piece of equipment you could require for entertaining a large group.

Really great large property. Well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Loved the bonus of the air fryer and the wood burner. We only had a small group staying but very ample space for larger groups. Gardens also completely secure which was. much appreciated for the dogs. Nathan the host was straight forward and helpful.

Nothing No pub within walking distance but we did know this when we booked so not a real complaint!
