The spacious, well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a stylish dining room, perfect for enjoying sumptuous dinners. French doors open out to an enclosed garden, ideal for alfresco meals and leisurely afternoons. A bright, welcoming living room with a cosy log burner provides the perfect place to unwind after a day spent discovering the local area. The Tallat is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 8. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

This House is beautifully situated and a wonderful place to spend a few days. Very comfortable and generally well equipped. It does need the kettle and toaster replacing. The kettle leaks and the toaster is a two slice which for a House which sleeps 8-10 is too small. Also no champagne flutes. That said we had a wonderful break here and would definitely come here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Tallat for New Years - it was really festive with the Christmas trees. The house/converted barn was much more spacious than expected, very warm and so much better than my expectations. I knew it was going to be nice but it was lovely. In a great location with lovely walks and so close to Burford. All mod cons we enjoyed cooking a roast on New Years Day and we had a very relaxing new year break. The house was beautiful and we loved it. Thank you

What an amazing property The Tallat is. We loved the location, design and how well equipped and prepared this house is, its so so good we wanted it to be our home! We had an issue that required a plumber but Richard was so swift with visting and resolving a problem, that we didnt even notice the minute inconvenience. We loved it and cant wait to come back. Oh yes, and the matrasses...simply divine, a guarantee of a good sleep.

our expectations were fulfilled. A PERFECT HOUSE FOR MY GROWN UP FAMILY AND MY GRANDAUGHTER Beautiful Xmas trees one in lounge and second one in kitchen All furnishings very comfortable and kitchen very well equipped . We hope to return perhaps in the spring or summer as lovely garden area. All in all very happy experience.
