Super friendly and helpful host. Kept us well informed ahead of our visit. Perfect setting for a Cotswold base. Everything spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds and crisp white linen. Great shared spaces - house flowed really well.
Not a big problem at all for a short stay but wouldve got a perfect 10 if had an upstairs shower rather than just a bath and / or a separate loo. We had a bit of a queue for the downstairs shower cubicle on our last morn. But would still highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the village. The house is warm, cozy and very comfortable making it an extremely relaxing environment- perfect to unwind. Facilities were excellent, everything in working order, comfortable beds,

It was a charming and extremely clean house along Charlbury. It was more than enough space for 8 people to stay in. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. It was as if Nick (our host) has anticipated our every need in advance. The property was also very eco-friendly and was equipped for recycling.
Not much to dislike, just note that the bathroom on the second floor has a bath tub and no shower.
