About this apartment rental
A holiday apartment perfect for families wanting to stay right next to the beach and close to Estepona port and town centre. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a south-east facing balcony. A comfortable property with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and a central air-con system in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and the second and third bedroom are twins. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and overhead shower and the second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The balcony area has a dining table for six guests ready to enjoy the morning sun. The living area has a dining table for six with a large leather sofa along with an international TV streaming package including Sky for the 32" flat screen. A fully fitted kitchen for all your needs with a breakfast bar for two next to the small laundry area. The property includes a private underground parking space and the urbanisation provides two swimming pools.

The apartment was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was also useful having an underground parking space. The complex itself was nice, well maintained and quiet which made for a nice relaxing holiday. It was conveniently located within walking distance from the port and about a 15 minute walk from the main town. The property is managed by Time in Spain Holidays who were easy to communicate with and were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival.
