This modern and fully renovated apartment is only a short walk to Estepona port. It is perfect for families due to the location and its amenities; this property is equipped with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate cloakroom, offering comfortable accommodation for six guests. The first bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful direct sea views. The second bedroom also has a king size bed whilst the third bedroom offers two single beds. All bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room equipped with spacious shower cubicle, WC and sink. The apartment has a modern open kitchen with all mod cons, including a dishwasher, three ring cooking hob, oven and microwave. The modern and spacious lounge area comprises of a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable three-seater sofa, with extra seating and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages. The lounge, with a bar area with wine cooler, opens onto a south facing balcony with a dining set for four guests. The balcony has a glass panel system that can be closed in the cooler months, so you can enjoy the wonderful views. When open in the summer, it feels even more spacious! A perfect location for a cool drink whilst taking in the view over the Mediterranean towards Gibraltar. The property is fully air-conditioned with a centralised system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection. Within the urbanisation of Kai Alde, you will find one of the largest community pools in Estepona, surrounded by well-maintained gardens. There is also a tennis court in this community available for guests (which needs to be booked prior to use). The apartment is within a short walk to numerous bars, restaurants and two supermarkets. The closest beach of Playa del Cristo is only seven minutes on foot from the apartments. Altogether this stylish property will be the perfect option for your family holiday in Estepona.
