Está cerca de todos los servicios, hay supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías..
Fácil aparcamiento, si no es posible en el aparcamiento privado del residencial es fácil aparcar en las calles paralelas.
No se percibe un buen mantenimiento del piso, las tapaderas de los wc estaban rotas en ambos baños, a pesar de que otro huésped ya lo había comentado con anterioridad. Las luces del dormitorio principal no funcionaban, de los enchufes solo funcionaba uno en ese dormitorio.
Había decoraciones deterioradas en la terraza.

very well maintained apartment block, lovely view of the marina from the balcony, quiet and peaceful if that's what you are looking for.
I honestly cant think of anything negative that's worth writing down!
