Despite apt issues, we had a very enjoyable week in Estepona

Location and views from terrace great. Accommodation very comfortable. Good WiFi. Well equipped apt.

Had to collect apt keys from centre (we had no hire car) Apt key entry problems throughout stay, eventually resulting in a callout and our missing an arranged music event. Lack of printed Information in apt re appliance usage, only online. TV only available using login apps thus not used for news updates. 1 bedroom had damaged working mechanism to blind cord shutter. Bathroom basins had no plugs. I bathroom no main light throughout stay. Some items not cleaned properly before our arrival, cutlery, glassware, crockery, marked scatter cushions & rugs. Problems reported to Room Services though we feel these should have been dealt with before our arrival. Still awaiting a discount for inconveniences encountered during our week's stay!

A perfect location for a fabulous holiday!

The location was perfect! Sea views, 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to my sister’s who lives there. It was clean and airy and had everything we needed.

The lights in one of the bathrooms didn’t work properly and weren’t fixed whilst we were there. We were a little disappointed that, despite being able to book Sunday to Sunday, we were not greeted by anyone when we arrived, and no-one came to check us out and ask about our stay. We were told that no-one works Sundays but we felt that it would have been a nice touch. Therese was delightful though, and was very helpful during our stay.

Great apartment with some of the best sea views in Estepona!.......

Apartment was clean and modern in a great location with exceptional sea views. Three good size double bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for large family or group of friends. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. We hope to return soon!

Not much to dislike but if I guess the outside of the apartment building may not be to everyones taste given the actual apartment itself is very modern and the building/appartment block is a little older in appearance.

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Wohn-Essbereich und Balkon, perfekte Aussicht aufs Meer

Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnbereich und Balkon, Sonnenuntergang, der Felsen von Gibraltar, das Meer... . Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich.

Die Fugen in der Dusche sind schon undicht, bzw. schimmelig, ausserdem wären Duschtüren statt der Duschvorhänge eine erhebliche Verbesserung. Einige der Küchenschranktüren sind optisch in nicht mehr ganz so gutem Zustand (abblätternde Farbe). Diese Kleinigkeiten ließen sich leicht beheben, dann wäre die Unterkunft aus meiner Sicht perfekt!

Très bon séjour.

Bel appartement très lumineux, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. L’appartement est bien situé, très bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons eu une très belle expérience avec Roomservices, l’agence qui gère la location de ce logis. Nous avions réservé un service de transport privé (de et vers l’aéroport de Malaga) par leur intermédiaire et le chauffeur s’est chargé de nous remettre les clés de l’appartement et de les retourner lors de notre départ.

Comme mentionné ailleurs la peinture aurait besoin d’être rafraichie à certains endroits, sans plus.
