amazing for a a short stay in the Fall

The garden was big and had a trampolin, where my kids could jump and have fun, also the place is sourrounded by nature and the apartment was just what we needed for a one night stay.

Beautiful location with all the amenities needed for a great holiday

We cannot recommend the apartment highly enough, it has been absolutely perfect for our holiday. The location is excellent, with plenty of beautiful walks nearby. We were lucky enough to stay during a public holiday enabling us to see a proper German orchestra and markets. The apartment itself is exceptionally well appointed with a large living area and separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. However, there are some super restaurants within walking distance, all very reasonably priced. The living area has a comfy sofa and large tv and there is a good sized balcony to sit and watch the sunset. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The bathroom shower is excellent with high pressure, definitely needed after a long hike! The team who run the apartments were on hand day and night to answer any queries and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking to enjoy all of the beauty that is the Black Forest.

Pleasant stay

We had a lovely stay overall — the surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with scenic walks and waterfalls nearby, perfect for nature lovers. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and the setting was peaceful and relaxing. That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The apartment we stayed in did not have a separate bedroom; instead, the beds folded down from the wall into the living room. This setup was not clearly mentioned in the listing on Booking.com. While it may be possible to infer from the photos, it really should be stated explicitly. As we were traveling with a baby and a dog, the lack of space and privacy was challenging. Unfortunately, the building was fully booked so the hosts could not accommodate our request for a change but they were responsive and kind. Additionally, if you're bringing a dog, you may be asked to stay in a non-renovated apartment. Ours was less modern than some others shown in the pictures, although this didn’t bother us too much. Be aware that a daily fee applies for dogs, and that using the washing and drying machines comes at an extra cost. Another point worth mentioning is that the bathroom ventilation was not working, which made that room quite hot and humid. The shower also didn’t drain well. Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful area with kind hosts, but some aspects of the accommodation and listing could be improved for better clarity and comfort.

A real Gem in the Black Forest?

The apartment hotel had a super easy check in and check out. It is located right next to a beautiful waterfall hike and a super relaxing indoor/outdoor swimming pool which the kids loved. The apartment was perfect for 5 people because there were 2 folding beds that pulled down from the wall creating more living space. They had everything you could need to cook with a full kitchen however, we decided to ordered pizza which only took about 45 minutes using the delivery app lieferando which works on US phones unlocked in Germany. There was a great board game/kids toys room for the kids to find something to keep themselves entertained. The TV has an easy to find English option to enjoy a few episodes of a show before bed. Before arriving at the hotel we went to Ravena Gorge and train viaduct with hiking along the river. There is a cuckoo clock store on site with several beautiful hand crafted clocks. We intend to come back to this location for the super exclusive Christmas market we are watching online for the exact time tickets go on sale as they sell out very fast. Furthermore we were blown away by the Hasenhorn coaster/tabogan ride that was over 10 minutes long filled with breathtaking views the entire way down. The ski lift to the top of the mountain took at least 15 minutes as well with even more beautiful views. Additionally, the beach at Titisee lake was spectacular for swimming. The town of Titisee is super easy to walk around and the parking by the train station wasn't too far from any of the sights. We decided to get the take away schnitzel sandwiches, and black forest cake which we enjoyed at a standing table with a view of the lake right off of Seestrabse. Finally, my children found some super cute rubber ducks, a I love Titisee Rubber duck, a authentic Octoberfest duck, and a German biker duck on a motorcycle. The ducks made the kids super happy and served as great keepsakes to help them remember Titisee.

They only give you one key so don't split up or you could be locked out of your apartment.

Without daily cleaning Did not bring towels although we requested. We used same towels 5 nights Family did not ask or suggest any help with our basic needs with 3 kids although we informed them that all our luggage did not arrive

Fabulous

Bed was so comfortable, outdoor facilites like the trampoline, the grass and the nice stream made a differance. All was very clean, and owners always try to help and explain.

No wifi signal available at all, although part of facilities published. The decor is 80's style and made me feel a bit weird, could use a facelift.

Kleine gemütliche Unterkünft im Hochschwarzwald

Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Super Lage um direkt in Menzenschwand zu wandern, aber auch zentral um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Hochschwarzwald mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Die Wohnungstür zum Flur war aus Milchglas, was sicherlich für die Helligkeit im Flur gedacht ist, uns persönlich aber etwas in der Privatsphäre gestört hat.

Eenvoudige accomodatie met moderne badkamer in rustige omgeving

de accomodatie ligt een rustige omgeving en is omgeven door een grote tuin met een kabbelend riviertje. Mooi moderne badkamer met heerlijke stortdouche.

de kamer is wat veroudert met een schrankbed. ( bed wat is opgeslagen in een kast, wat je zelf naar bedenden moet trekken) De vaatwasmachine stonk erg. de omschrijving bergzicht is ruim genomen, omdat er bomen staan die het uitzicht belemmeren. het hotel zag er wat verlaten uit, sauna etc afgesloten en geen host gezien.

חופשה משפחתית שישה אנשים

לקחנו דירה גדולה לשישה . מטבח מלא מקרר גדול. הדירה מתאימה לכל הצרכים. מגבות וסדינים. היה ממש טוב . הייתה לנו תקלה קטנה התגובה בבוקינג הייתה מהירה ואב הבית הגיע מייד לתקן. גינה נפלאה ומתקני משחקים. אנחנו בשבת לא נסענו ובשבת טיילנו בכפר למפלים היפים והיה ממש יפה

אין הרבה מה להגיד לא היה טוב. בכפר עצמו אין סופר אז לתכנן הצטיידות מראש . מרחק של כעשר דקות נסיעה מסופר או תחנת דלק.

Die Lage war super. Es gab in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken (Wildgehege, zwei kleine Schanzen, Spielplätze, Miniaturmühlen). Der große Garten mit kleinem Bachzugang, Trampolin und Schaukel ist prima für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können, war aber ok.

Oudbollig, maar schoon en alles werkt nog. De eigenaren zijn net nieuw en langzaam aan het moderniseren.

De keuken heeft geen afzuigkap, dus alle geuren mengen door het appartement en op de gang

Beim Betten abziehen am Ende fand ich eine fremde Schlaganzungshose. Zudem zeigte der Matratzenschoner Blutflecken. Die Wohnung war im 4 Stock ohne Lift, was mit einem operierten Knie nicht so angenehm war.

Ubicación buena ,el entorno no podía ser mejor ,la limpieza muy buena ,todo en orden y limpio ,la cocina completa con todo,el jardín precioso . La comunicación con los propietarios perfecta ,nos atendieron todas nuestras dudas en todo momento, siempre nos informaron desde la reserva. Totalmente recomendable.

Schöner Ort

Wohnung so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wer gerne moderne, neue Einrichtungen mag, ist hier falsch (es hat aber wohl auch neuere Wohnungen im Haus). Uns hats nicht gestört. Alles sauber bei Ankunft. Schlüsselbox funktionierte einwandfrei. Küche hat alles, was man für einfache Mahlzeiten braucht. Vorhänge verdunkeln gut. Raum mit Spielen und Büchern für Kinder vorhanden. Der grosse Garten mit Zugang zum Bach ist top. Wildtiergehege und 2 Spielplätze in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wassserfälle 2km entfernt. Speziell kleines Bettzeug fürs Kleinkind wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke!

Matratzen für uns zu weich, aber das ist wohl für alle unterschiedlich. Kühlschrank eventuell für mehr Leute zu klein (für uns 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder unter 5 Jahren gings). Nur ein Schlüssel für die Wohnung.

Мы отдыхали семьёй в начале лета и это был отличный отпуск. Прекрасный вид из окон, на территории горный ручей, отлично что есть детская площадка и зона барбекю. Спокойный, продуманный до мелочей отпуск для семьи. В номере всё было,номер был чистый и довольно таки просторный для семьи из 3 человек, если необходимо постирать нужна мелочь для стиральной машины(на заметку приезжающим). Мы остались довольны и хотим ещё вернуться!)
