Nice apartment close to Titisee

The location is very nice and close to Titisee. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, there was everything we needed for our stay. There is a very nice view from the balcony and you can also here the waterfall and the river flowing. The owner was helpful when we needed them and they came and resolved the issue that we had.

The key is in a keybox but the keybox was not positioned very safely so if you're not careful the key can drop out of it and straight into a hole. The apartment was also not clean, there was a lot of dust under the sofas. When we tried to use the sauna the power went off in the bedroom, and there was no phone signal to try and call the owner. We finally were able to reach them via Booking message, and they came the next day to fix the issue. It was not a big deal because the heating still worked but it was still a bit of a hassle.

a well equipped and comfy apartment, recommended for families, but owner not so good

The apartment itself is perfect, it's fully equipped and seems like someone thought about all the little things a family needs during the stay (even painting pencils and papers for little kids) in addition it's located perfectly in the black forest close to all main attractions (except Rust). It has laundry machine and a drier which ia very comfortable for a long stay.

The owner wasn't at the property when we arrived, she left us a key locked in a small box and I supposed to use a code to open it BUT the owner didn't send me the code in advance, she claimed the message wasn't sent through booking or something and the worst part was she didn't answer the phone! Her kind neighbor helped us call her and get the code from her and if he wouldn't be there by chance we would stay locked out. I heard it's not the first time that happened. So service is definitely not satisfying

The sauna was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. Great view from the balcony.

Most lights in the different rooms were too white. The coffeemaker was not to our taste. It would be nice to have another option such as pour over or a french press.

We loved it all!!! There is nothing wrong there! May be just the fact that we had only 4 days there, and it wasn't enogh. But we shall come back🤗

Schöne, saubere Wohnung ist absolut ruhiger Lage.

Ruhige Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Gute Ausstattung und alles vorhanden, was man an Equipment braucht. Ausblick auf Wald und Berg vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist ein einem guten Zustand. Empfehlenswert! Der Wasserfall ist 2 Minuten entfernt und ein absolutes Highlight.

Die Sauna ist eine Infrarot Sauna und nicht wirklich gemütlich.

Die Wohnung ist nett aber das war’s leider auch schon. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sich niemand wirklich um Haus und Woh

Toll war die Infrarotwärmekabine. Auch ist die Wohnung nett eingerichtet und eigentlich gut zugeschnitten. Für 4 Personen super.

Es war leider nicht sauber als wir ankamen. Krümel im Kühlschrank, Flecken auf allen Polsterstühlen, Dreck im Treppenhaus, Mülleimer im Bad voll mit Haaren… es war… naja 😔 Zudem rochen die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche muffig, wir hatten zum Glück wenigstens eigene Handtücher dabei. Als wir gegangen sind war die Wohnung sauberer als bei unserer Ankunft.

Las vistas desde la terraza

Cuando llegamos no estaban preparadas las camas. Nos tuvimos que poner a montar todo y no había sábanas para los sofás, no había cobertura para poder llamar a la anfitriona, después de 4 llamadas pudimos decirle que no había sábanas y nos dijo que subiéramos a un tendedero que había unas plantas arriba. Allí no había para los dos sofás, que teníamos que utilizar porque éramos 5 personas, así que mis dos hijas tuvieron que compartir cama. Y para colmo cuando nos metimos en la cama del dormitorio, el único que estaba preparado, las sábanas estaban húmedas, fue muy desagradable. Cuando nos fuimos a duchar no había toallas para los 5, así que a compartir toallas y las que habia eran de lavabo no de ducha, no había alfombra para la ducha, muy desagradable todo. Al preparar los sofás tuvimos que moverlos, detrás había una cantidad de polvo y suciedad tremenda.

Muebles de diseño pero sucio

La ubicación era buena. Tenía unas bonitas vistas con una terraza bonita. Había sauna aunque no la utilizamos

Estaba muy sucio. Había polvo por todas partes, la ropa de cama no olía bien y parecía que no la habían lavado. No encontramos sábanas para el sofá o la cama pequeña para la niña y los nórdicos estaban sucios. Al mover el sofá cama apareció un montón de pelusas. Había telarañas en las lámparas. El suelo estaba sucio. Daba la sensación de que no lo habían limpiado despues de los anteriores huéspedes. El apartamento estaba bien pero da mucho asco meterse en una cama que no parece limpia.

der Boden war kalt. nächste Mal mit Hausschuhen. dafür konnte man sich in der Sauna aufwärmen.

Es war sehr groß und perfekt für eine Gruppe. Es hattet sogar Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Oben und Sauna. Die Blick war schön.

Es war kein Klopapier, nur 1 für den ganzen Wochenende.
