It was walking distance to the Christmas market shuttle
The people staying above us were very loud until 3 in the morning and the beds were hard.

We were looking to spend a weekend in Schwarzwald and have found this accommodation, which in comparison to other accommodations in the area has the best price. It is a nice wooden house with everything you need. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. We got Gästekarte after paying the taxes. It was a nice stay. Thank you very much!

A lovely property in a great location at the end of town.
There was quite a bit of noise from the other two apartments, as children were running around and banging doors. It didn't affect us during the night though fortunately.

There was a good amount of parking and the space was good size. There were pots and pans and good amount of other kitchen utensils.
The table top and floor and many things in the kitchen were dirty. Some of the plates had been put away wet. There was only one had towel and no paper towels. The dish washer didn’t work so we had to hand wash everything which wouldn’t have been a big deal but with only one towel it was hard to accomplish.
There is a quiet time but the guests in the building using the apartment above us stayed up laughing and talking quite loudly. I happened the next night so I don’t think they were told about the rule even though the steward lives on the premises (or at least seems to.)
Some rouladen (window covers) were missing or broken.
