Ela Vital Ferienwohnung

Very nice appartment. It is great for a family, we were a couple and just needed to use half the flat. The balcony is great for relaxing enjoying a magnificent view of the Dome. Finding a washing machine was extremely convenient as it made the rest of our holidays easier ( there was even some washing product). The property is in a residential area but extremely close to the centre (barely a 10-minute-stroll). Tha flat has evrything you may need and more! The owner was very helpful on arrival. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Apartment is roomy and well suited for 4 people. Excellent location near the town of Sankt Blasien which has a lot of nice shops and restaurants, great starting point for trips in the area. We did not hear the sound of the Dom (church) in the apartment, and the street is very quiet. The host had foreseen necessary supplies to do the dishes, soap in the bathroom, fresh towels and basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, ...). A lot of games/toys foreseen for the kids, good and stable WiFi is also available and there are 2 TV's.

The description mentions a private parking spot, which is not really the case: you need to park in the street (in front of the house). There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. The kitchen is dated, and the cooking hood was not functioning. No microwave and no dishwasher (mentioned in the description but could nonetheless come in handy). There was no sufficient means to darken the bedrooms: the curtains at the doors and windows let in a lot of light. For us personally, the beds and matresses are not comfortable and not providing sufficient support. During our stay there were improvements ongoing in the garden/terrace, so we could not use the terrace, trampoline or grill. It also made parking more difficult, and gave a minor discomfort due to the noise. We would have liked to have known this upfront.

Das Mobiliar ist aus dem letzten Jahrhundert Und der Preis dafür überhöht

Lage war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung von 1 Nacht.

Beim Check-in für nur 1 Nacht wurde Kaution von 50 Euro verlangt. Der Eindruck entstand, dass die Kaution wichtig ist und es schwierig sein wird, sie zurückzuerhalten. Effektiv haben wir nicht um 10 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen sondern um 11 Uhr und die Kaution wurde um 20 Euro verringert. Es erscheint, dass jemand zusätzlich am Gast verdienen muss. Gastfreundlichkeit fühlt sich anders an. Es regnete und wir sind von 11 Uhr bis 11 45 im Auto vor dem Haus gesessen und haben gelesen. Es muss den Gastgebern klar sein, dass in St. Blasien vor den Ferien viele Eltern erst nach Schulschluss um 11:50 ihre Kinder abholen. Check-out um 10 Uhr ist sehr früh - eine fiese und geldgierige Haltung, die kein Glück bringen kann. - Leider haben in der Unterkunft das WC / die Abflüsse gestunken und auch die Kaffeemaschine ist recht altmodisch. - Es fühlt sich sehr seltsam an, dass im gleichen Haus Personal des Gastgebers wohnt, dass die Gäste erpicht auf genaueste Einhaltng der Hausregeln beobachtet und überprüft. Grosszügig ist das nicht und auch nicht gastfreundlich. Es war uns bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass wir nur einen Hausteil (das Dachgeschoss) mieten und im gleichen Haus Personal wohnt. Durch die räumliche Enge und Nähe ist auch der Aspekt einen angenehmen Privacy ist nicht gegeben gewesen. - Wir können die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Hund kostet 20 € je Nacht, das finde ich total übertrieben!

Die Wohnung ist für drei / vier Personen echt schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In einem Schlafzimmer ist sogar ein Fernseher.

Im Wohnzimmer gab es keine schöne Sitzgelegenheit. Die Sofas standen so unter einer Schräge, dass man nicht wirklich drauf sitzen konnte. Beim Herd funktionieren nur zwei Herdplatten. Bei Abreise haben wir auf Beides hingewiesen. Darauf wurde uns gesagt das mit dem Herd wäre absichtlich. Und die Couch hätten wir einfach umstellen sollen?!?! Die Dame des Hauses war sehr freundlich, der Herr das Gegenteil.

Lokalizacja była korzystna. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z rodziną. Okolica wyśmienita, lokalizacja samego noclegu blisko centrum i sklepów. Dodatkowo bardzo przemiła obsługa najmu. Będąc w okolicy będziemy wracać - no i osobiście bardzo polecam!
