Good value for money, nice pool!

We stayed with 1 adult and 3 teenagers. Very good beds, also the couche in de living room sleeps nice with 2 persons. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need, except a dishwasher. Very good shower jet in clean bathroom. Fun for free: very nice and clean swimming pool, ping pong, biljart,... There is also a gym. 15 min walk to the lake and the train station, ferry and rent of boats. About 25 min walk to sand swim place with grass field for sunbathing. 10 min walk to Schlusee centre, shops and bakery. Good value for money.

The balcony was very nice, only a little small for the 4 of us, but we managed and had very nice stay. We will come back!

There were major building works in progress during our stay with works starting at 0700 some times till 18.00.The garage was also out of use which meant a fair walk to the property.

The apartment was very cosy and the location was perfect for three adults.

We arrived later than the agreed time on our night of arrival due to train delays. We could not receive messages from the property or update our situation as the phone stopped working. When we finally arrived at midnight, we called the property but no one picket up the phone. So, we stood in the cold and dark for an hour before deciding to search for a new hotel to stay the night. Almost all the hotels there were fully booked or closed for the night, so, we were ready to sleep at a bus stop. We were just lucky enough to find a bar which still had rentable rooms available and spent the night there. The next day, we finally went to collect the keys from the owner of this apartment, when we were charged 30 euros extra as they said they waited for two hours in the apartment for us and we did not show up. Just because of the key collection problem, we spent an extra 120 euros (90 for the second hotel and 30, the late fine) in addition to staying in the freezing cold for more than 2 hours. Therefore, I would suggest travellers to be on time if you do not want to be charged extra money or I would suggest the owners to have small electronic pods containing the keys, so we can arrive at any time. PS: I still cannot find the rule in the booking.com where we have to pay 15 euros per hour of late fine for this apartment.

Fabulous

Friendly host who met us on time both on arrival and our early departure. It was basic but functional and very clean everywhere. We cooked without any bother, it was so convenient for the town and trains. Underground parking meant we left the car often. I would recommend this apartment if you're happy with clean, warm, comfy accommodation. Also quietish but we were there at end of summer season. Just don't expect fancy. Absolutely no complaints.

Es war erholsam

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Freizeitpark war in der Nähe es war sehr praktisch und sehr interessant für die Kinder.

Schwimmbad (Wasser und umkleiden waren sehr kalt) Wohnung ist ziemlich spärlich ausgestattet. Internet war nicht so gut.

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen und würde diese auch bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen

Sauberkeit und Größe der Wohnung. Modern und mit allem eingerichtet was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Bis zum Ortskern nur 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Im Bad würde ein Regal die Möglichkeit zur Ablage verbessern. Wir hatten mit einer "einfachen" Filterkaffeemaschine gerechnet, ging aber auch so.

Super Unterkunft für einen tollen Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad mit Sauna, auch dieser ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Im Freizeitraum kann man den Abend gut ausklingen lassen. Das kleine Restaurant im Haus hat schmackhafte Gerichte.

Der 4-tägige Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm trotz bescheidenem Wetter.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Den sehr schönen Pool sowie die Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Pool, Billard und Kicker haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Am Ort gibt es viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten.

Ein wenig Abseits vom Dorfkern, dadurch aber sehr ruhige Umgebung. Ortsmitte und Bahnhof bequem zu Fuss in 10-15 min zu erreichen. Mit der Gästekarte Bus und Zug gratis nutzen

Petit déjeuner très correct.. Mais devrait indiqué que le café est facturé à part.. Normalement le café fait partie du petit déjeuner..

Un minimum de contact physique serait apprécie.. En cas de problème.ou un simple renseignement à qui s'adresse t'on... Personne à la réception.. Pas de nom du propriétaire, juste un tel anonyme... Dommage.

Schönes Kurhotel

Schöne, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Kurhotel Schluchsee (Haus 3), gute Küchenausstattung, kleiner Balkon, kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Hotelpool hat bis 22 Uhr geöffnet! Freizeitraum im Haus 1: Tischtennis, Billard, Kickertisch. Sauna (nur nach Voranmeldung), Restaurant im Haus 2. Sehr nette Vermieterin. In ca. 10 min am Schluchsee. Der Schluchsee ist nicht so überlaufen und touristisch wie der Titisee.

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Kurhotel Schluchsee besteht aus drei Häusern, die miteinander verbunden sind. Lange Wege vom Haus 3 zum Hotelpool, Freizeitraum, Schlüsselsafe. Self Check-in hat nicht funktioniert; wurde dann telefonisch geklärt. schlechtes W-LAN

Une super semaine de vacances !

L’appartement était vraiment sympa, propre, bien équipé et confortable (surtout la literie). On a pu profiter du balcon pour y manger le soir. La résidence était bien située, assez proche du centre-ville. On peut tout faire à pied.

Le seul petit bémol était le bruit dans la résidence le soir après 22 heures. On était tellement fatigués de notre journée qu’on s’endormait quand même !

De vakantie begint meteen bij aankomst

Verzorgd, netjes, confortabel, mooi!!!! Super Ligging (zwembad / strand / bus / station / winkels / start wandelroutes/ tourist info ; alles in een omtrek van 1 km) Terras zongericht met prachtig uitzicht / grote tafel en voldoende stoelen / mogelijkheid om was te drogen Bed netjes opgemaakt / veel opbergruimte / Handdoeken in badkamer, handzeep en wc-papier. Super douche! Keuken prima ingericht / keukenhanddoek, spons en afwasmiddel voorhanden. Niets ontbrak! Er was zelfs een paraplu... De overdracht van de sleutel verloopt heel vlot via een sleutelkluis. Men hoeft aan niets te denken. De vakantie begint van op de eerste minuut.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Zuerst eine kleine Anekdote. Neben uns hat auch eine Freundin mit ihrer kleinen Tochter im gleichen Haus gebucht. Die Kleine fand es ganz toll, uns besuchen zu können. Der Vermieter ist auf das Lachen eines Kindes aufmerksam geworden und dachte, wir hätten die Kleine reingeschmuggelt. Ich habe es ihm zwar erklärt, aber wirklich überzeugt war er nicht. Danach hat er uns grimmig angeschaut. Aber Egal. Die Unterkunft war bis auf Ofen und einer Schere komplett ausgestattet. Vor allem das Bad war sehr modern und ansprechend. Der Rest war eher günstig und funktional eingerichtet. Richtig gut hat uns der Pool gefallen. Generell war alles sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet.

Das Bett und die Couch waren nicht so gut. Eine Seite vom Bett hat gequietscht, auf der anderen Seite war die Matratze durchgelegen. Die Couch war auch nichts für Menschen mit Rückenleiden. Auch nichts für Leute mit gesundem Rücken.

Der Schluchsee ist eine Reise wert - Nutzt den Rothaus-Express!

Von aussen unscheinbar war man von der Ferienwohnung und deren Ausstattung vollends begeistert. Es war alles modern eingerichtet und fehlte an nichts. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades war eine willkommene Erfrischung nach den Wanderungen bei der täglichen Hitze.

Der Fitnessraum stand anders als erwartet leider nicht zur Verfügung. Hier war eine Mitgliedschaft oder die Entrichtung einer Gebühr beim Hausmeister erforderlich.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in einer einwandfreien, gepflegten Gästewohnung.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Hat uns schon in der Wohnung erwartet. Auch bei der Abreise alles problemlos gelaufen. Wohnung ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmals an die Gastgeber.

Es gibt keine nennenswerten Probleme oderMängel. Alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Klein aber fein, sehr sauber und modern

Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre, modern, Deko, Parkplatz, Umgebung mit Hallenbad und Spielzimmer.

Wir hatten Mühe die Wohnung zu finden, fehlende Angaben, Vermieter initial nicht erreichbar. Wohnung ist sehr klein, zu wenig Töpfe, WC-Papier etc. Bettdecken und Kissen synthethisch, wattiert, unangenehm. Man schwitzt stark.

L emplacement est très bien, l appartement est très bien équiper, bon standing, avec un joli balcon donnant sur une petite mare. La piscine dans l établissement a bien été rénovée avec buse de massage dans l eau bel éclairage. l endroit et très calme idéal pour se reposer. Différents commerce a 5 min. En voiture Et un fun Park a une minute a pied.

l etablissement pourrais devenir partenaire de la Schwarzwaldcard, ce serais un plus, sans mettre une critique negative.

Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem in wenigen Minuten am See und nahe bei allen Restaurants usw. Sehr nette und saubere Wohnung; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr netter Kontakt auch mit der Vermieterin. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍
