Not worth the money. Avoid as it's deceiving. No lake view

They don't even have any lake view as shown in the pictures. So it's deceiving. You'll feel cheated.

A comfortable apartment-hotel with great breakfasts and friendly staff

Our two-bedroom apartment was very large, well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the elevator for getting bags upstairs, the second toilet so we didn't have to all wait to use one, and the playground across the street for keeping our 4-year-old entertained. We traveled by bus and train (a short walk from the hotel), but it looked like the hotel had plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we appreciated the lower price for children. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.

There was a window over the bathtub covered with a shower curtain. Between it and the regular shower curtain on the other side, the space was very narrow. When you took a shower standing up, the two curtains blew in and stuck to you, which was unpleasant. Using frosted glass in the window or some other type of cover would fix that problem.

Nice, comfortable, authentic guesthouse

The place was very clean, the apparent was big and spacious. The location was really comfortable - really close to a big park, to the lake, to the main street of the town. There was enough parking and it is very accessible to the main road.

The apartment could have been slightly more equipped with consumables (some coffee and sugar would have been nice), contact with the hosts for checkout could have been more accessible, the beds were big but unfortunately not so comfortable to people with back pain.

Spacious apartment, close to bus stop

The apartment is in a good location - close to the bus stop and an easy couple minutes' walk to a supermarket and restaurants. It's also huge! Plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of hiking. It was very clean and quiet and warm.

It was difficult to get in contact with the host when we needed to pay the tourist tax and get the tourist bus passes. It felt like we were an inconvenience when we were trying to work this out

Lovely stay, I could not ask for more.

Everything was exceeding the expectations actually. The flat is extremely spacious, clean, warm, it has one bathroom and a separate toilet, a lovely balcony with table and chairs, perfect for summer. Absolutely nothing to complain.

not that I needed it, but if you want to have a lakeview you should opt for a location higher up the hill. Pro: you are close to the lake, and the large trees that hide the view of the lake also hide the road.

Great location, perfect for walks.

Very comfortable well-equipped apartment with a good balcony overlooking garden in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the village centre, supermarket and train station. Transport links are excellent (and free with your guest card). It's at about the halfway point of the Schluctensteig long distance walk.

There was a bit of a peculiar smell in the apartment when we arrived but we left the window open on first night and it was not there for the rest of our stay. It may have been what was used to sanitise the apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our first holiday coming out of the Corona restrictions. The apartment came well equipped for self catering and had plenty of room for our big family with four children. We especially found useful, within 5mins walk, the grocery store, bakery, and children’s playground. We didn’t drive our car the entire holiday because everything we wanted to visit or do like the lake, hiking trails, ferry, and train we so close by. And we also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant where the staff were very kind to our four small children.

We did have a need for stable children sized glasses in the kitchenette and regular sized cups or mugs for coffee and tea.

We booked a 3 bed apartment, it was lovely, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It was exceptionally clean, and had great views of the local countryside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
