About this apartment rental

Welcome to this perfect located normal standard duplex apartment with a sea view over the harbor in Golfe Juan and Cap d'Antibes and a big balcony!
Live in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, 2 minutes walk to the sea with beautiful beaches and 3 minutes walk to the train station in Golfe Juan. An old fisherman village with a lovely atmosphere in the middle of the French Riviera!
The apartment is ideal for families, friends, job trips (Cannes congresses) or romantic couples 😊

The location is perfect, but the apartment needs maintenance, love and wifi. Could also use a thorough cleaning. The WC on the ground floor does not work. The WC upstairs has a totally loose WC board. You have to figure out how to connect the TV in the living room to the electricity yourself using 2 extension cords across the floor past the door to the electrical outlet next to the sofa - the electrical outlet hangs out of the wall - probably because people have fallen into the cord. TV didn't work but then found out it was because there were no batteries in the remote. We had to buy batteries ourselves. We had to tighten the nut on the TV bracket so that the TV did not hang forward. The antenna socket for the TV in the bedroom cannot be plugged into the wall. Please note that there is no wifi. It is not listed under facilities. The service bureau stated that there had been wifi, but now it is not found because it did not work and the owner has not had it fixed. Instructions for wifi are still in the bedroom. We contacted the owner about the conditions. WCs were not fixed during the stay. All she did was to confirm that there should be no wifi

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon dat al in de loop van de ochtend in de schaduw ligt, zeker fijn in hete zomermaanden. Fijn zandstrand op loopafstand evenals de gezellige boulevard met haven. Zwembad bij appartementencomplex was ook prettig en keurig onderhouden.
