This warm house, recently renovated, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family within walking distance of the beaches of Golfe Juan, the shops and the marina of the port Camille Rayon, quiet area of Antibes les Pins, Exflora and Eucalyptus parks (kindergarten, petanque courts).
Get around quickly by bus or train to Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco.
Semi-detached house in a peaceful family subdivision of 10 houses, large terrace without vis-vis, covered by an electric awning, garden dining table with 6 chairs, very pretty landscaped fenced garden, pergola with guinguette atmosphere, private parking in front courtyard with automatic gate.
TELEWORKING POSSIBLE with FIBER in a pleasant environment.
On the first floor: Living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, fiber Internet, Wifi.
Dining room with table for 6 people, sofa bed for 2 people (possibility of isolating the 15m2 air-conditioned sleeping area with dressing room), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer) Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine
Upstairs: 1 bedroom bed (140 x 190) with balcony, 1 bedroom bed (140 x 190) with terrace, bathroom renovated in 2021, separate toilet, cupboards.

A very well equipped property centrally located for the local area and places to visit. Lovely patisserie and local beaches within a short walk. Antibes is a very nice place to visit. Check in and out went very smoothly and all communications were promptly responded too. Gilles was always on hand. During our stay we had an issue that was dealt with very quickly and kindly by Gilles and Christine. A wonderful base for that area in France with a lovely garden. Many Thanks.

Wir hatten am Mittelmeer einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Objekt war genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos erkennbar.
Das Haus war wirklich toll und die Dusche (Schlauch im Garten) wunderbar nach dem Strand.
