We had a great time!
The apartment was meticulously clean, the towels were nice, the kitchen facilities were in great condition. We had plenty of glasses which was crucial to cope with the heat. The AC was just perfect! The host was friendly, helpful and kind. We are eager to come back!
There was a heat wave when we were there (canicule) and there were ants in a small area. The cooking utensils (pot etc) did not function so well on the induction stove.

Good value for the money!
The location is very good. Beach near is fantastic. Apartment is quiet and the facilities in apartment are definitely a plus. Private Parking in garage is very convenient, otherwise you would not have place to park in the street.
I did not like the cleaning. There were to much stuff in closets it shouldn’t be there. Sofa was not comfortable. but after all we were in France… If you are ok with this then the apartment is located perfectly.

Bedbugs!
Close to the beach
Had to wait an hour for the host to pick up the phone and send someone over to let us into the apartment. It was dirty (as many others have said before) Bedbugs in the sofabed, so we had to move out and cancel the stay! 🐛 🪲 🐞 🐛

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub an der Côte d'Azur
Super schönes Appartement mit moderner Einrichtung, super Lage, Strand, Geschäfte usw. fußläufig erreichbar, schneller und freundlicher Check-in. Wir waren schon gegen 14 Uhr in Golfe-Juan und durften sofort in die Wohnung, obwohl eigentlich 17 Uhr vorgesehen war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, er war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Alles war perfekt, daher gibt es nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat.
