About this villa rental
Less than 10 minutes from the beaches, located on a hill, quiet, this villa floor of 130 m2 enjoys a very good exposure. It includes a spacious kitchen fully equipped (fridge US, induction hob, dishwasher ...) and a dining room with a large terrace, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a desk, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room with toilet and separate toilet.
The traditional pool of 11x5. 50 m, the pool house (kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, TV) and the garden, exclusively reserved for our guests, offer a pleasant space of relaxation surrounded by greenery out of sight.
The house is accessed by a private electric gate. The garden is fully fenced and the pool is secure.
Geographically, the house is ideally located because it is close to motorway access, Cannes, Antibes / Juan-les Pins and villages such as Biot, Valbonne, Grasse ... very popular with holidaymakers.
Nice is less than a 1/2 hour drive and Monaco and the Italian border about 1 hour.
Golfe Juan, seaside resort, with its public and private beaches, restaurants, is 5 minutes from the house. On the old port, boats allow to go to the Lérins Islands and enjoy the small wild beaches.
The hinterland with its mountains, forests, rivers, lakes, caves offers many opportunities for activities whatever the season: hiking, biking, zip line, canyoning, paragliding, skiing ...
This rental is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Possibility to rent the house by the week or by the month.
Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
For babies, a high chair and a small bed are available.

Various shops (bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, supermarket ...) are located less than one km from the house.

The pool area was terrific and the pool house was lovely. The sunbeds could do with mattresses, but overall it was our favourite part of the property. The house was nice and clean but we didn’t realise it was a middle floor of a three floor property from the listing. Occasionally there was noise from upstairs, but overall it was not too unreasonable. We were a bit surprised that there was no air conditioning that you would expect in a luxury house in the south of France, but in checking the listing again it didn’t say there was (our mistake). The evenings were unbearably hot in the week we stayed and we had all the fans going constantly trying to cool the bedrooms down. We did enjoy our stay at the property but I think it’s a little over priced for what it is.

Really enjoyed our stay, nice location and excellent pool and amenities.
Supermarche close and Cannes is easy access by car.
Hope to return on our next visit to France
