- A large kitchen with everything you need, but also a second terrace with dining table for 4 people, perfect for those who would like to have breakfast accompanied by the song of birds.
- A bedroom en suite with private bathroom and direct access to the rest area of the terrace.
- A second bedroom with double bed, TV and board games.
- A third bedroom with bunk bed and access to the terrace also.

Access to the property in 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur airport.

After a few seconds by car (or by bike), you will reach Maréchal Avenue June, which will allow you, in less than five minutes:
- To reach the famous beaches of Mouré Rouge or Palm Beach.
- To win Boulevard Alexander III for an outing at the theatre.
- To go to Port Canto to rent a boat, or to attend the broom of yachts that come and go.
- Sipping a cocktail at Bijou Beach.
- To stroll on the Croisette between the palaces and sandy beaches.
- Visit the other side of the beaches, from Gulf Juan, Juan Les Pins or Antibes.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
