The stay is the heart of the apartment. It hosts a living room with large sofas and a dining area, all facing the sea. Large openings lead naturally to the south facing terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining area and offering an open view of the Mediterranean and the islands of Lérins. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It has direct access to a second terrace, north side. On the night side, a first bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) is accessible notably by a sliding door of the living room. It has an office, a sea view identical to the living room and an ensuite bathroom with toilet. This bathroom also communicates with the corridor of the night space. In the same corridor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), with its own shower room with toilet. From the entrance, a third independent bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and its ensuite shower room with toilet. The layout allows everyone to have their space while maintaining fluid circulation between the pieces.
