- A beautiful living room opening on one level on the garden, with sofa & smart TV.
- The famous garden with dining table for 8 people and garden furniture.
- An open kitchen with everything you need, with a dining table for 4 people.
- A first bedroom with queen size bed, storage and closet / closet, opening directly on the terrace.
- A first bathroom with bathtub.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, storage and closet / closet, opening at the back of the garden.
- Separate toilets.
CAUTION: Please note that there is no air conditioning in the living room in this apartment.

- To reach the city centre in 6 or 7 minutes by car, for a drive to the street of Antibes or on the steps of the Palace. (or in about 20 minutes walking)

Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with private parking on site.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)
The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
