This crossing apartment consists of two distinct parts, ideal for ensuring comfort and privacy for each occupant. All rooms give access to a large terrace surrounding almost the apartment, equipped with a dining table, a high table, deckchairs, armchairs and plants, also offering two views of the sea between the buildings.
Part 1:

- A large living room with smart TV and dining room

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
No PMR access.
