Offering a breathtaking view of the sea, this 100-square-meter luxury apartment, located in the heart of a prestigious residence on the California Hill in Cannes, recently renovated by an interior designer, was designed with beautiful, high-end modern finishes (using top-quality materials such as marble and glass tiles). It is well-furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The residence features a very large wooded park, a large unsupervised swimming pool with a terrace/sun deck and a children’s pool, tennis and table tennis courts, 24-hour security, a digital lock, and parking. Access to the private beach (80 sun loungers, 2 of which are reserved for you and included in the rental price) is located 50 meters from the residence.
The very comfortable main apartment features a spacious living room overlooking the south-facing terrace with ocean views, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The whole experience was excellent.
The appartment was very spacious, also sunny during most hours of the day. It was decorated with great taste. But must of all the sea view from the long balcony was astonishing! We could watch the sunset over the sea from the living room.
The residence offers also a tennis court and a swimming pool surrounded by green areas and tall trees. We did have a great time.

"I spent an excellent week in this appartment.
The sea view is very impressive and large. The appartment itself is very spacious and gets all the sunlight during the day.
The style and furniture were very well thaught and the area green and exclusive.
I enjoyed the private access to the beach, the swimming pool, the tennis court.. The appartment and is also very calm. Awesome!
