Carmen was a very kind host and there quicky when we were not sure about something. Free Parking,shopping, Restaurants,the beach and marina were few minutes away .the house is in a quite street and got everything one needs. . Many thanks to Carmen . we will be back if we can !!

On arrival the house was full of small flies .we shut all windows an went to purchase some fly spray.after unpacking (not much wardrobe space) and buying some more hangers we looked closely round the house.the bathroom was a disgrace all black mould round shower door runners ,black mould inside shower cubical.when it rained water was coming up through the floor in kitchen area .the house was damp all our clothes felt damp when we went to put them on at night.we have been renting in denia for the last 20 years and I can honestly say this was the worst place we have stayed in.i have photos of all the faults listed if anyone wants to see them.It pains me as it was a waste of money for the 2 weeks we stayed there.the only good thing was the location.

L’appartement est situé en cœur de ville ce qui est un bon point pour la dispo plage, commerce, restau. L’isolation insuffisante du logement rend les boules quies quasi obligatoire pour un sommeil correct. Et encore nous étions en période de couvre feu…. Concernant l’état et l’équipement du logement, un rafraîchissement profond le rendrait nettement plus confortable…. La terrasse est top. Au final un logement très spartiate (odeur, état des équipement, propreté) mais relativement bien situé.

Lo mejor la zona, todo lo tienes alrededor. Como teníamos toque de queda a la 1h, también hemos dormido sin ruido. Que intuyo en otro momento podría ser un punto en contra. El apartamento es pequeñito, pero ideal para pasar unos días y escapar a la playa y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, importante. Carmen y Pepita, muy atentas. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Nos ha gustado, aunque parece màs para 4 personas que para 5. Tiene solo 3 "butacas" para ver la tele, no tiene colgadores de toallas de ducha, el armario de la ropa de una de las habitaciones es muy incòmodo... Fantàstico el aire acondicionado que nos hizo mucha falta por el calor que hacìa. Bien situado para salidas, compras, etc. Las playas estàn màs bien lejos porque el puerto es muy grande. Carmen y Pepita fueron muy amables.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison. Tout le confort y est. La terrasse est magnifique et l'intérieur très propre. Tout est accessible à pied en moins de 10 min : port, plage, restaurants, shopping et châteaux de Denia!!!

God standard i huset - lille men godt nok.
Vi boede det mars/april mnd hjvor det kunne være noget råkoldt/klamt i boligen. Dette kunne dog afhjælpes med el-varme.
Vær opmærksom på at huset egentlig dækker tre etager, så trapper kan ikke undgås. Vær også obs på at det er dårlig med parkering. Vi havde lejet en lille el.scooter som vi blev nødt til at ta ind i huset når den ikke var i brug.
Carmen (ejer) fremtræder meget venlig - altid parat til at hjælpe. Vi fik bl.a. hjælp til at få tilgang til ønskede tv-kanaler. Kontakten går på alle sprog og Google oversætter.

La maison est conforme au descriptif. Elle est très habitable en hiver (28 décembre au 6 janvier). Très bien placée dans la partie ancienne de la ville à 100 mètres du port dans un quartier charmant, proche des commerces et du centre, loin du béton des affreux immeubles modernes.

Maison joliment décorée et très bien située : en centre ville à proximité immédiate des commerces, du port et de la plage. De nombreuses activités : plongée (Plage Les Rotes), randonnée (sur le Mongo), farniente sur les immenses plages de sable (à 200-300 mètres de la maison). De plus un très joli centre ville animé ! Des propriétaires sympathiques et à notre écoute. Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise unkompliziert und perfekt. Der Kontakt zur spanischen Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Am Anreisetag wurden wir ebenso freundlich empfangen. Wir wollten unseren Urlaub so authentisch wie möglich verbringen u. das Leben der Stadt u. ihrer Bewohner hautnah erleben u. dies ist hier gegeben. Das Haus, ein Stadthaus mitten in Denia (nähe Burg u. Hafen) ist wirklich wunderschön. Es war in renoviertem, tadellosen Zustand. Man betritt das Haus im Erdgeschoss wo sich eine Küche, ein Wohn- Esszimmer u. ein Gäste WC befinden. In der ersten Etage befinden sich 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten sowie ein modernes Tageslichtbad m. Dusche. Eine Etage höher, dann das Highlight: Die große, sonnige Dachterrasse. Von hier hat man einen Blick auf die Burg, in die Gassen der Stadt u. zwischen den Häusern kann man auch einen Teil des Hafens sehen.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet u. es fehlte an Nichts, außer vielleicht ein o. zwei Liegestühle für die Dachterrasse, aber das störte uns persönlich nicht. Es gibt im Haus auch ein eigenes Wi-Fi.
Vom Haus ist fast alles Sehenswerte fußläufig zu erreichen, Marques de Campo, Hafen, die Burg, Geschäfte, die Markthalle, Restaurants u. Bars, die schönen Gassen u. Plätze in der Stadt u. das alte Fischerviertel ist direkt um die Ecke. Zum Sandstrand waren es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir nur für den Weg vom Flughafen u. zurück sowie für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Denia genutzt haben. Parkmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe ebenfalls vorhanden, manchmal sogar direkt vor der Tür :-).
Das Frühstück kann man entweder auf der Dachterrasse des Hauses o. in einer der umliegenden kleinen Bars genießen. Am Abend empfiehlt es sich in das Leben der Stadt, in den Gassen oder auf den Plätzen, einzutauchen. Es gibt abseits der 1. Meer-/Hafenlinie unzählige Restaurants u. Bars in denen sich auch die Einheimischen aufhalten u. es hat ein ganz besonderes Flair durch die schönen Straßen mit den tollen alten Häusern zu "schlendern" und die "Lebensfreude" der Einheimischen hautnah zu erleben. Hier "lebt" man das Leben u. ist mittendrin statt nur dabei.
Unternehmungen u. Ausflüge sind ebenfalls vom Haus aus in großer Vielzahl möglich. z, B. die Fähre nach Ibiza, eine Fahrt mit der kleinen Bahn o. einem Ausflugsschiff nach Altea o. andere Nachbarorte o. zum Strand in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt u. können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Muchas Gracias.

A parte de que la casita es muy chula está muy bien situada, ya que en Dénia, en estas fechas que aún no están abiertas las zonas de verano, la zona de pubs está muy cerca, al igual que la de bares/restaurantes, tiendas...
Además, la casita tiene una terraza muy grande.
En resumen, la estancia estuvo muy bien, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y muy céntrica, con la playa a unos 10 minutos andando."
