About this apartment rental
Bright centrally located apartment on a pedestrian street (Calle Cop) next to Plaza de la Constitución in the heart of the historical and cultural center of the city of Denia, completely renovated and with brand-new furniture.
Situated in a traditional neighborhood full of charming corners and the flavor and history of DENIA, the neighbors are mostly native to Denia, with a peaceful pace of life and a friendly and approachable character.
The property is next to Calle Loreto, where there is a wide range of gastronomic options and nightlife. It is also very close to Calle Marques de Campo, the main promenade that connects to the Port of Denia.
The apartment is distributed on one floor with a total of 50 sqm. We enter the apartment from the street via a staircase to the 1st floor, which leads to the entrance hall, leading to a modern and functional living room with a sofa bed that connects to a bedroom with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. From the living room, there is also access to a very spacious and well-equipped separate kitchen with rustic decoration. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the equipment in the apartment.
The property has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi modem, and air conditioning in the living room.
The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is just a 15-minute walk away, with its beach bar and facilities for children. For those looking for convenience, the Port of Denia and this beach have ample parking.
The port of Denia, very close by, also enjoys all the leisure and gastronomic offerings thanks to its summer terraces and nightclubs. Boat rental companies, jet ski rentals, and multi-adventure activities also concentrate here in the port. An excursion to Ibiza or Formentera with Balearia is also a good plan when you are in Denia, thanks to the Fast Ferries.

Lovely apartment only negative is air con needed in bedroom there was a small fan but didn’t make much difference oh and a kettle would be good us brits love a cup of tea
Ideally placed for those seeking great food short walk to the marina/beach and shopping area

Nice and huge appartment. We did miss only the water heater and an small hint, where to put our waste. Everything else was there. The location directly at the castle and inside the city is great.

Esta muy céntrico, y a un paso de todo. El apartamento esta muy bien decorado y cuenta con todo tipo de facilidades aunque eche en falta un par de cosas para que fuera completo: un secador de pelo y un tendedero, pues cuenta con lavadora pero no hay sitio para secar la ropa.
También tuvimos algunos problemas con la puerta de entrada, que no funciona demasiado bien, y es imposible abrir desde el apartamento pues el llavín no es el que corresponde a una entrada de una finca.
Una ultima cosa, a la llegada había bastante arena por el suelo, parece que la ultima limpieza no había sido del todo buena.
Todo esto no invalida que cuando volvamos repitamos de nuevo, pues el sitio es realmente chulo.
