Lovely apartment that was very well equipped and toddler and baby friendly. Great view of the sea and harbour, and the host had thought of many things to make the stay extra comfortable, especially for families with young children.

A place steeped in history

The location was perfect. Close to town, near the marketplace and close to the harbor... The harbor view from the living room window is lovely. We loved being able to walk from the apartment, pick up a croissant from the boulangerie, walk to a cafe, order a 'grand creme' and watch the world go by. What more could one ask for! The apartment has all you need and more. As you walk through the front door you can feel the history.... the wooden staircase leading to the apartment and the 'wonky' floors all add to the charm of the apartment and the host makes you feel very welcome.

Conveniently located close to Intra Muros. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Great beds. Excellent for families with kids as it’s 20m away from a beach bar where parents can drink their aperos while kids are on a safe distance playing in sand. The owner is very welcoming and flexible.

Nice comfortable apartment in a great area.

Nice, comfortable apartment in close proximity to everything (bars, shops and restaurants around the area, the beach across the way and walking distance to St Malo intramurs). It had everything needed for a nice stay... just wished we had more time!

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and finding parking was difficult. I thought there was parking included (didn't realize it was street parking). We managed ok but be aware that the free parking area is a couple blocks away and not always easy to find in busy times.

Gildas was super nice and he even picked us up from the train station and showed us around before bringing us to the apartment. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well located.

Apartment was excellent. Very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Location ideal for St Malo and surrounding areas. Nice seaside walks very near Nice and quiet at night. Host was very welcoming and had completed booklet with extensive information and recommendations. Highly recommend this location and this accommodation.

Les Sablons is a delightful and spacious apartment in an ideal location.

We liked everything about Les Salons. It is a beautiful apartment with delightful decor. There was everything there that we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was really well equipped. The location is great- a very nice suburb with a wide range of shops. The walk into Intra Muros around the water was very easy and we walked it several times during our 4 day stay. Gildas is to be commended on the presentation of this very traditional apartment.

There was nothing negative about the apartment. The stairs were a little challenging with large cases- but all good exercise!

Très agréable appartement! Spacieux, lumineux, super equipé, très propre, lits très comfortables. L’emplacement est génial : à 10 mètres du bord de mer, à 20 mètres d’un grand marché couvert avec produits locaux fermiers qui a lieu le mardi et le vendredi et à 1 petit kilomètre de la ville intra-muros. L’appartement est situé dans quartier cosy, calme et avec beaucoup de commerces. Le propriétaire est très spa et disponible.

Les escaliers, mais heureusement on est au 2eme étage, donc supportable

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage, großartiger Gastgeber

Unser Aufenthalt in Saint-Malo war großartig! Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gildas, der Vermieter, war äußerst freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Lage ist top: nah am Strand, Intra Muros gut erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch das WLAN hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Klare Empfehlung – mehr als 10 Sterne, wenn es möglich wäre!
