Located in the historic center of Catania in a 17° century palace complitely restored in 2017. The apartment of 150 square meters Is composed of two bedrooms and two Bathrooms, the living the kitchen and a tarrace with a view facing Mnt. Etna and the roof of Catania.
Is very easy to reach only 10 minutes from Catania Airport.
In te internal Court is the space to park the car.
From the apartment you can reach walking all the main point of interest in the center of Catania:
one minute from piazza del Duomo and Via Etnea (main street in CT), or from Teatro Bellini.
Is the perfect base to spend some days in Catania

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at in all our travels through Europe. Centrally located in Catania's old town, you are close to everything. The street markets, beautiful churches, the theater, restaurant's and bars are all within a very short walk. The staff here is exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A private court yard and scheduled events of concerts and special dinners in the properties restaurant were very nice. You will not regret booking here!

The apartment was very clean, large, and had a lovely rooftop terrace. AC & showers worked great. Pietro went above and beyond in making us comfortable. Check-in was very easy. The apartment is close to all of the sights in Catania. The neighborhood is safe, fun, and has lots of restaurants. We were a family of 4, but the apartment can easily accommodate 7. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable and a nicely appointed apartment. Check in was easy. It was great to have an elevator if taking the steps was not an option. Would stay again.
