Apartment in handy location for the train station and connecting trains into Rome. Room a great size and very clean. had option to use the kitchenette but there was an issue re making sure gas turned off so we didnt bother using it. Used the fridge facility to store fruit and yoghurt.
Breakfast was a voucher for a pastry and coffee at the local burger king over the road. I cant eat pastries so only the coffee was useful. Luckily threrte is a big supermarket nearby for other options.
Key box holding locker door was broken so we had a few issues getting in to find the key box when it was dark. Needed to ring the contact person for steps in the process.
the room we had didnt have a lock on the putside so if we went out for the day, no where to lock valuables. The apartment has another room upstairs which was occupied on the last night of out stay.

The house was really cozy and clean. Everything neat. It is close to the Train Station and you can reach the center in no time. The bus to and from the airport arrives there. It is 12mins to the airport by bus and 20mins to the center by train. For concert goers to the ORION ARENA venue that is the go to place. Just 10 mins walk. You got BURGER KING across the road. Nice balcony with table. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. Will book it again.
Didn't like that we stayed only for one night.

Quiet location.
No air conditioning so extremely hot. Owner difficult to contact on arrival. Toilet didn’t flush properly.
