Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff and facilities, in a great central location

Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our own balcony. The lift is small but very quick and easy to use. The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but the area is pleasantly quiet when you need to sleep. Everything was very clean. The room facilities included a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, a Nespresso machine and tv. Good size bathroom with soap and shampoo and an effective, easy to use shower.

The staff were more than helpful the hotels located in the heart of Giannitsa so very convenient. However it was a little noisy during the night, but it’s summertime and everyone is out and about in Giannitsa and in all of Greece so be prepared. A very lovely hotel.

The room was a bit small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases.

THE ROOM WAS PERFECT BECAUSE AS THEY INFORMED ME THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM.

THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST DOES NOT REPRESENT THE REAL BREAKFASTS WE HAD SERVED IN TWO TRAYS. THE LEASE SHOULD BE A BUFFET BREAKFAST. MAYBE THE UPGRADE OF THE ROOM WAS TO BALANCE THE POOR BREAKFAST.

Exceptional

Room was extremely well refurbished very modern clean look with excellent facilities like the espresso machine and mini fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was really nice to have a balcony. The staff were exceptional and so attentive and helpful, they attended to all our needs and were so welcoming. They answered all our questions and always asked if it was okay to go in our clean our room everyday. The cleaners did a wonderful job we always came back to a made bed and fresh towels. The old fashioned lift with the music is something we really loved giving a little bit of Greek culture.

The toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet well. Shower didn't drain that well so had to remove plug.

As a photographer it was impossible to upload photos at the WiFi. Since I was there as a sportsphotographer at a UEFA Womens Champions League match WiFi was the most important thing when I ordered. Upload with less than a MB pr minute is not acceptable. This hotel has not a WiFi that can be used.

Great value for a clean and comfortable space in excellent location.

Clean modern rooms with very comfortable beds. All the staff you may encounter are friendly, professional and helpful.

The only issue for our teenagers was slightly slow Wi-Fi speed.
