About this villa rental
AgarrusAix welcomes you in this large house located 4km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence in the exclusive and tranquil area in the countryside
The Space :
The 300m² house is found within elevated grounds of 7,000m² which include a very large terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool, a pétanque pitch and a putting area; also included is ample parking within the property accessed through a security gate.
Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and an extensive living/kitchen/dining area surrounded by veranda windows which open on to the terracing on two sides of the house.
Guest Access:
The whole of the property is available with the exception of the 1 bedroom first floor which remains locked and unoccupied during rentals.
For those guests with reduced mobility and/or requiring the use of a wheelchair, please be aware that within the living/kitchen/dining area there are 3 steps and outside 3 further steps leading down to the swimming pool from the upper terrace.
Other things to note:
Guests are provided with a short guide to Aix-en-Provence, highlighting the locations of the best restaurants, bakers and shops in the surrounding area as well as how to get to them together with other not to be missed attractions.
The property has a heating pool (from May 15th to September 30th : 28°C/ 82.4°F) with an electrical curtain.
AgarrusAix is located within walking distance of a Michelin starred restaurant and its associated friendly bistro (https://chateaudelagaude.com/en) and a horse riding centre.
In order to reach the city centre from AgarrusAix you will need a vehicle.
The property is located 20km from the Aix-en-Provence TGV railway station, 4km from the city centre train station of Aix-en-Provence, 30km from Marseille-Provence airport, a 30km drive from Marseille or Cassis and 60km from Avignon and Arles.
The French owner speaks fluent English and is happy to communicate both in French and English.

It was such an amazing trip. The home has a great location to Aix-En-Provence the center. Pool and property was fantastic. The hpst was amazing. We felt right at home and will be back. Only wish was all the beds rooms having A/C. Us americans are spoiled.

We brought two of our granddaughters to this extraordinary home to celebrate their high school graduations. The home was furnished beautifully, with attention to every detail! The pool was a welcome relief after hot days of touring and sightseeing. Bertrand, the owner, waited for us to arrive and gave a complete tour of the home and property. It is evident he has taken great care as he has attended to every detail with percision! Pure joy!!!

Accueil du propriétaire très agréable, personne très sympathique et arrangeante.
Magnifique propriété avec des jardins et une piscine très bien entretenus ! Les différentes terrasses ont été très appréciées selon l’ensoleillement. Coin cuisine moderne et très fonctionnel.
Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir et recommandons vivement ce lieu

We spent a wonderfull time in this place. The swimming pool is great and the the view all around is beautifull and peacefull. The inside of the house is very cosy and confortable.I will come back to this place for sure.
