This is our main home. We are a family with 4 children.
We are close to the country club (tennis).
The house is south facing, it has 5 bedrooms. It is composed of:
- on the first floor: an open kitchen with central island, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom: master suite (bed 160) with shower bathroom, toilet and bath, pantry, separate toilet.
- upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), separate toilet, two bathrooms one with bath, one with shower. Terrace of 35 m² upstairs.
- Large fully fenced landscaped garden.
- swimming pool (13x5.5m) secured by a shutter. Exotic wood deck. Sunbeds
- BBQ, plancha
It is an ideal house for holidays with family or friends.
We are 5 minutes from Aix, 4 minutes from Puyricard, 2 minutes from Célony, close to bakeries, market gardeners, caterers, newspapers....
