- THE SETTING -
The Main House living room with its unique 10 mt glass wall is an open space on two levels. The staircase traces a diagonal line in space and connects the two floors; an element strongly characterizing the balance between structural elements and transparency.
Upstairs, the study extends through a large glass window on a shady patio. The second living room is located in the adjacent tower. It is intimate and cozy with the classic elegance of a Venetian fireplace from 1700 that creates an interesting contrast to the minimalist style of the villa. Upstairs the six meters in height Crystal Tower has a dominant view skyward.
The terracing works realized on steep terrain towards the sea have suggested an housing displaced design, allowing to realize five independent Suites without losing the sense of the whole. This gives to all six units the peculiarity for each to enjoy reserved access and outdoor spaces in relation to a continuous path of terraces and gardens.
Each room is equipped with orthopaedic bed bases and mattresses, latex pillows, sheets and bedspreads of high quality.
Each bathroom will be provided with a set of three towels per person and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and hair dryer headset. As in a 5 star hotel.

- LOCATION -
Villa Moresca is situated on the south west side of Monte Argentario.
Fully exposed to the sea is the ideal destination to spend unforgettable moments where time and nature seem suspended. Here all the elements that characterize the charm of Argentario are blended together.
Turquoise smooth sea, scents and the colours of the Mediterranean scrub, beautiful sunsets draw the Islands on the horizon and decorate the sky with endless colors.

- THE TERRITORY -
A promontory that faces the Tyrrhenian sea and reaches out toward the islands of Giannutri and Giglio.
Almost an island, linked to Tuscany by only two stripes of land that embrace the beauty of the Laguna di Orbetello. This is Monte Argentario. A territory that unify the appeal of the mountain to the charm of the sea alternating small little bays and big terracing of vines.
The Promontory, which reaches its highest point in correspondence to Punta Telegrafo (653 meters), is characterized by high rocky shores and it is overgrown by Mediterranean scrub spaced out by plantations of olive trees and vines.
The main center of Monte Argentario is Porto Santo Stefano. The town declines along the slopes of the promontory in a picturesque bay of the northern coast. It is the ideal destination for the ones in love with the sea. Nearby the town you will encounter magnificent villas and ancient observation towers settled on the sides of the gulf.
On the opposite side of Monte Argentario rises Porto Ercole, an appealing seafaring village eased down on a bay sheltered by a small promontory. Its ancient origins date back to Etruscans or maybe Phoenicians. This village owes its name to the Romans that named it Portus Herculius, in honour of mythical Hercules.

We booked this property for our family of 10. It was perfect because we were all together, but separated. The home is more lovely than in the photos. When we arrived, the homeowner was there to meet us and answer questions and give valuable tips and advice. Giulio arranged for Antonella to assist us with everything. She is the most kind and helpful person. She was so happy to help with anything and everything. Breakfast was prepared for us each day by Alina, and it was beautiful and delicious. This trip was a dream vacation for me because I was able to plan a trip for my family in one of the most beautiful places in the world. This vacation in Monte Argentario was the escape from our busy lives that we needed!

Beautiful villa overlooking the sea with plenty of space, gorgeous sea all around, and friendly and unintrusive staff/ Vladimir and Larissa (the staff) will take care of special requests and will cook excellent dinner with local products, if asked.
No hidden payments, prompt return of the deposit.
