Summary:
Villa anni '60 e lussuosamente ristrutturata nel 2006/2007 di circa 360 mq in posizione veramente unica, nella località più esclusiva dell'Argentario, con splendida vista sul mare. Si accede alla stessa da una grande area pavimentata in pietra che consente il parcheggio di 15/18 auto.
The Space:
Dall'ingresso della villa si accede al grande soggiorno con camino e sala da pranzo con grandi e luminose vetrate che si affacciano sulla terrazza di 100 mq e sul mare.
Sullo stesso piano si trovano anche la cucina con antistante terrazzo ed il bagno di cortesia. Al piano inferiore (zona notte) divisa in 3 parti: nella prima troviamo la master bedroom con terrazza e bagno, nella seconda 3 camere doppie con un bagno, nella terza 2 camere doppie con bagno, quindi ulteriori 2 camere doppie più semplici con un bagno; una stupenda piscina (60 mq) affacciata sul mare pavimentata con listelli di tek.
The Neighborhood:
La villa insiste su un terreno a parco di circa 12.000 mq e dispone di una piazzola per l'atterraggio elicottero. Il terreno a monte della villa è attraversato da un sentiero che presenta diversi spunti panoramici; il sentiero antistante la villa conduce direttamente al mare con posti riservati.

This home is in one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever visited. Views for days. Though not noted in the listing, the stay included access to the private beach club at Cala Piccola - tremendously beautiful rocky cliff beach short with chairs, umbrellas, lifeguards, and cafe. Pure magic.
We struggled with the house itself. Caretaker had little English who showed us the house didn’t mention key features or show us how to use them (Wi-Fi, washing machine, gas stove, AC, trash). There was no instruction guidebook for the house, something that’s standard in all home rentals. Lastly, the caretaker didn’t mention the bugs. On arrival, we opened all the windows and doors to cool off the house, only to discover the next morning that we had been eaten alive by bugs. Once we closed up the house, it took a couple days for them to disappear. We would have been saved pain and sleepless nights had we been told of this.
Amazing magical location. Experience can be improved upon with some simple steps to better inform guests.
