This 3 BR/2 Bath spacious, fully furnished home.

Minimum Stays:
May 1st - December 31st ---- One week/6 nights.

January, February, March & April ---- Three month rental January-March, monthly rental for April preferred.

The home is equipped with TV's in the living room, master bedroom and full size second bedroom. Each TV has a ROKU streaming stick pre-loaded with YouTube TV which offers your live cable service and local channels. Other common apps are also available on the device including Netflix, VUDU, and more. High speed internet and WiFi are available. The home also includes all essential supplies, appliances and utilities.

Given today’s technology and access to cellphones, we no longer maintain a landline phone at the home. Please keep this in mind throughout your stay.

The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and master bath with entry into a laundry room. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the second with a twin bed.

Our home is conveniently located near the Savannah Center, Saddlebrook Village Center, Polo Club, Laurel Manor Regional Center and is just a few miles away from both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. There are a few pools, several golf courses, dining and shopping available within a few minute golf cart ride.

No pets allowed, Smoking is prohibited inside the home at all times. Guest passes will be provided upon request at no additional charge. Two temporary Resident ID's may be requested for an additional $50.

We have a golf cart available. An additional property fee will be added to your booking for use of the golf cart.

Full size charcoal/gas grill available.
