About this house rental
You will feel like you're at home the minute you walk in this open concept designer home that offers 3 bedrooms/2 baths, 2 car garage with A NEW 2024 4-SEATER YAMAHA GAS GOLF CART INCLUDED as well as an enclosed, climate-controlled, oversized lanai with a bar and flat screen TV. The large kitchen offers granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a bar with 4 barstools. The dining area that is open to the living area comfortably seats 6. The large master bedroom opens up to the lanai with a sliding glass door and has 2 walk-in closets with custom built ins. The large Master bathroom features a marble shower, linen closet and plenty of storage. One guest bedroom features a queen size bed with two nightstands, dresser and two closets. A second guest bedroom features a pull-out couch, desk, dresser and large flat screen TV. Outdoors you can enjoy relaxing in the polyresin gliders on the front patio or in the patio furniture on the back patio.
The garage is screened to be able to provide open space while still keeping pests away. This home is without a doubt furnished in a way that will make you feel like home.
Spanish Springs square and Lake Sumter are both a convenient golf cart ride away. Other activities close by include pickleball courts, pools, golf courses, the polo field, Savannah Recreational Center and many other amenities.
**A copy of a valid drivers license is required for all guests at time of agreement.
**Golf cart use requires a signed Golf Cart Waiver at time of agreement.
**Village IDs are not required for renters but if you want to enjoy all the amenities that the Villages have to offer then you can get 2 Villager's ID cards for a cost of $50. Please contact us directly as we will need to obtain information so it can be processed with the Villages. Your IDs will be available when you arrive. We will send you an acknowledgement when the ID cards are ready for your pick-up.

An absolutely wonderful experience! This home was perfect for a week staying close to extended family who spent lots of time with us here. Very nicely decorated. Family meals were so easy in the kitchen with everything. Very comfortable and plentiful seating and lounging areas. Comfortable beds. Plenty of games to enjoy with all ages. We will be back!

Host was very helpful house was clean and beautiful in a great location really enjoyed our stay great golf cart almost new had a wonderful time do yourself a favor book this property you want regret it. Thanks again stayed 22 days no worries no problems

We have stayed in The Villages 4x now and this home was by far the BEST!! It was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything! The kitchen, bathrooms and even the garage were stocked with everyday items. We also had access to a new golf cart. This rental had it all! The bed was comfortable, the master walk in shower was nice and the enclosed glass sunroom is were we spent all of our time in the evening. I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this beautiful rental! Thank you!!
