About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located newly remodeled stylish patio villa in the Villages FL. Everything in this villa is NEW the pictures tell it all. Two-bedrooms (One king in one bedroom and two queen in the other bedroom), 2 full bath, fully equipped stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, All linens included, Golf Cart included, 3 smart TV's, air fryer, milkshake machine, waffle maker, toaster, blender, coffee and tea bar, fire pit, work desk, complementary personal amenities.
The space
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk in closet work-space/ vanity and 65" smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, 45" smart TV and large closet. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, newer appliances, coffee bar and milkshake bar. Living room has a 65" smart TV with a spacious entertainment environment. We also offer a screened lanai and patio with gas firepit, and a golf cart is included.

This is a single family unit. Guests have the entire property. Owners are off-site.
Other things to note
The Villages offers 125 pools over eighty beautiful 9-hole golf courses. The town squares offer live music from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 365 days a year, along with restaurants and shopping. 10 minute golf cart drive to Spanish Springs Town Center, and 20 minute golf cart drive to Lake Sumter Landing. Also, a short car ride to Brownwood Paddock Square and Sawgrass Grove. Edna’s on the Green offers a more relaxed outdoor atmosphere. And so many other activities including pickleball, adult swimming pools, sport swimming pools, recreation centers and real polo at the Polo Club…literally thousands of activities a week.
