About this house rental
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ as well as a golf community.
Our guest pass gives you access to The Villages’ 40 executive golf courses. Our home is located between Nancy Lopez CC & Arnold Palmer CC, just a short cart ride away.
Dance the night away to live entertainment every night at one of the three Villages town squares 365 nights a year from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, with happy hour from 5:00 to 6:00.
This spacious, fully-furnished, and beautifully-decorated home is ideally located between Spanish Springs town square and Lake Sumter Landing town square.
Our included guest pass gives you access to the recreation centers and swimming pools, where you can play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, card games and billiards and more.
Recreation centers, pools, restaurants, grocery and retail stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, golf courses, and libraries are within easy walking and/or golf cart distance.
Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1 and 1/2 hours away by car.
Our home features a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space and the 3rd bedroom has a pull out sofa bed and closet as well. It is fully furnished with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for three and the dining room provides seating for four.
For lunch & dinner enjoy your meals outside in the screened Lanai. After a day of golf or one of the many other activities The Villages offers, relax in your screened Lanai and enjoy the outdoor living you came to Florida for.
The two car garage comfortably houses your vehicle and our complimentary two seater gas golf cart. The laundry room is conveniently located inside the residence.
All linens, pillows and towels, everything that you need is there. Starting supply of household requirements is provided, (dishwasher & clothes washer detergent, coffee filters, paper towels. garbage bags and recycle bags, bathroom soap and toilet tissue.

It’s a very nice property! It’s decorated very nicely. The kitchen is stacked with just about anything and everything you would need! I received the access code to the house prior to arriving at the property for check-in. The check-in process was extremely smooth and communication regarding check-in was excellent. I did experience some maintenance issues with the house. The garage light was burnt out so I was unloading my car in the dark during a rain storm. The garage door clicker wasn’t working properly so I had to run through the front door of the house multiple times during my stay just open the garage door. I wasn’t given a code to the garage pad so that’s why I had to go through the front door to open the garage door. A few lightbulbs were burnt out. That’s nothing major and I found some bugs in the bathroom. Other than that, the house was really nice.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need Golf cart was an awesome addition. Host was responsive and provided guest passes allowing us to enjoy all the activities.10/10 would definitely recommend. We will be back!

The house was a perfect location for what I needed it for. There is plenty of plates, utensils, glasses and cups. Pans and spatulas. As for how clean the place is, it could be better. The worse was when I stripped the bedding and a clean fitted sheet was on top of a dirty fitted sheet. (Pubic hairs and who knows what else). So, why was I stripping the bed? You are asked to wash the sheets and have them in the dryer before leaving. I did send a list of things to Barbara that needs fixing. I wish I could say I would return, but I don't believe I will after the sheet incident.
