My wife and I spent a very enjoyable February at this rental. It is well situated between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing so both squares can be accessed easily by golf cart. Stores and restaurants are close by as well and the house is clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was a great place to stay!

The location was very good near shopping and town squares only a short golf cart ride away. Lisa of Down home was very attentive to our needs. We had a bit of tussle with tiny ants but a few ant traps took care of the situation.
