About this house rental

Newly refurbished 3 bedroom 2 bath Court Yard Villa is located in The Villages of Florida. It is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and in the great room. There is a golf cart provided for your convenience ( 4 seater available upon request). Come enjoy all of the activities that The Villages has to offer. Villa is very close to the Nancy Lopez championship golf course and there are executive courses a short golf cart drive from the villa. Play pickle ball everyday or enjoy about any activity that you like. Monthly rental rates available.

We had an excellent stay. A wonderful property that was perfect for us. The Villa is clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Roger is an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions. 1000% would stay again and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a stay in the area

I stayed for 9 days. I can’t say enough about the villa it was beautiful, well maintained & very clean. Roger the owner was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend staying in his villa.
